Yay so Wijnaldum isn't coming to Barca after all. Again don't get me wrong I think he's a really solid player and the few times I saw him play, he does hold very well but definitely not fast enough of passer to be in current setup or style. I for sure think he's a great fit at PSG! And of course I won't forget the goals he scored against us aaa!
Wijnaldum's style of play is indeed very suitable if applied at Paris Saint-Germain.
But with a name as big as Barcelona wanting to sign him, doesn't he think that his future will be brighter there?

It was a wise decision to go to PSG without selecting Barcelona for Wijnaldum. He could not have performed as expected if he had gone to Barcelona. Wijnaldum's play style is similar to the strategy that PSG follows. But I doubt if Wijnaldum could have easily adapted to Barcelona's passing strategy.
