but if you look at Real Madrid statistics, they are also not so good often losing points in their last few games. Even when Real Madrid away against Alaves and Mallorca, Real Madrid lost even though both of them were the bottom-tier teams. even when playing at home they still often get draws.

Atletico is awful recently. Lost Super Cup final, loss against Eibar last week. Then loss against 3rd division club in Copa and now draw against one of weakest teams in La Liga. And today they haven't created almost anything dangerous against them. Joao Felix cost them €120 millions, but seems it was big flop.
But after all,I still don't see Simeone being sacked, I doubt it's going to happen soon.

A lot of people who say i criticize alot, but it was not a game of luck at all.
Valencia played the game the way barcelona took it to them, defend deep, win the first balls, camp barcelona in their halves and force them to make triangular passes.

Its a well deserved victory, and barcelona needs to go back to basics which is a 4,3,3

I do not agree that barcelona loss was due to bad players, or due to injured players. The truth remains that the new playing pattern could cause more loss before perfection.

Barcelona indeed had more possession, but did little in attack with the ball, using 2 DM, is also a limitation especially when they are not a deep lying midfielder, barcelona made several triangular passes without attacking squarely the valencia box.

I think fans enjoyed the football eitherways, because i cant imagine such a performance

The stage is clear for madrid to pick up 3 points today and lead clear at the top, lets find out what happens btw madrid equally

Leganes does not have a very good scoring record in the Spanish La Liga this season, and I think Leganes will struggle to score against Atletico Madrid today since they are playing away from their home stadium. Stats may say otherwise but Barcelona played awful today. Under Quique Setien, Barcelona find the way to pass quickly between players but where is the final product? Just for an example, out of 14 shots Barcelona registered 11 came from Messi. He was only active player for Barcelona today apart from Ter Stegen. But his performance was also below par. He missed all his 11 shots. He failed to convert any of the 4 free kicks (one was only 21m away). When you are Lionel Messi, fans expect better from you.

So in the nutshell, coach changed but situation isn't.
Messi's Good Day = Barca's Good Day
Messi's Bad Day = Barca's Awful Day

that is correct , the tiki-taka maybe comeback in quique setien hands.
but the fans always want more , they wanted a working tiki-taka along with good result.

bad result so far , if the fans did not patient enough then i guess setien won't last longer at barcelona as other permanent coach candidate are in the queue like pochettino. xavi and a comeback of pep guardiola in the summer could likely happened.

just a bad luck, 2-0 for valencia is a well deserved one for the home team.

as a Valencia CF fan, i can say that VCF wanted win more than Barca, and that was the main reason for the win, it was a tied match, but first goal, which was own goal by Alba, was decision maker, and after that VCF was a bit better, which was not the case between missed penalty and first goal...

now we have to catch spot 4, to secure Champions league next season...

The stats didn't justify what really happened during the match, Valencia were totally deserved winners of match, Barca were awful in the first half, the entire team looked very sluggish and were extremely lucky not to have been 2 - 3 goals down before the break. After the break, Barca seemed to have found their rhythm and were close to scoring just before Valencia's first goal which made the task a bit more difficult, Introduction of Vidal positively influenced Barcelona's performance but that wasn't enough to save the day. Ter Stegen was the best player for Barcelona with his stunning saves, there was absolutely nothing he could about either goals.
