Ok. Just talked to Lab_Rat...
Yes, it appears the dividend payment got screwed up. Shit happens.
LRM will be sending out another transaction within the day that will correct the payments made that were short.
I'll also be posting an address and the correct per-bond dividend. Those who were overpaid and are honest can send the overage back.
So, my next task is to contact the back-up bond person and get a copy of the spreadsheet used to make the payment, and reconcile it with what should have happened. I'll keep everyone posted.

mine seem to be okay. I received about 10 percent less than what I received last week.. Does that sound right? Looking at the payments, one address received almost 5 coins, now I know that there are a couple big investors, but I dont think they would be that big... a total of about 45 coins were sent out... Something is def. off.. How many coins were sent out last week?

I got about 3% of what I got last week.
Either the difficulty jumped 30 fold this past week, or the dividend guy made another mistake

It looks like the divs may have been sent out in reverse. I got .0083889 for 590 bonds.
