1 million missing shares is a significant amount.

We need a full accounting of what's happened to those shares.

Ukyo should NOT, under any circumstances, accept this security on his site until those shares are fully accounted for.

Funny thing; disabling my secondary monitor I can make a screenshot, of anything except the Chrome browser window. Its just not there.
But I managed to grab a screenshot using a chrome plugin. Not sure if it proves anything, but here you go:

Lots of sellers comming onto the market right now. It's gone from 0.0005 to 0.00045 in 15mins.

My opinion might not count for much but this is still way over valued. I'm sure the big buyers sitting at 0.00015 area have the right idea. Not worth the gamble. I wouldn't put more than 1 or 2 btc on this. Better odds at the Casino. 49% there that you won't lose everything.

Hi burnside,

could you please confirm, if the Labcoin shares are still where they should be? Did you get in contact with them, by the way? Wink

I see ~2 million currently held in their account.  I do not know however if some were sold, or if they were simply transferred to another account that is also a holding account.  So this is inconclusive information.

After the confusion regarding the initial contract and the follow-up news post, I am not sure if this is the appropriate amount or not either.

Cheers.

Seems like they still have most of the shares, at least

This, plus no pictures of the miners ever posted. Its been a few days still no mention of new exchange, nobody wants this lying scam company.

To be fair, if this:
http://www.labcoin.com/img/pic3.jpg

is a render, then its a rather good one, and someone put a fair amount of work in to making it look credible.

Of course that's a render, are you blind?  That was one of the prototype renderings on their website when they started their IPO. There were two pictures of some odd-looking, un-populated boards that people claimed was "obviously" a render, when clearly it wasn't.

Sunday October 6th, last day of trading is going to be a massive dump day, when people don't want to take the risk of shares being transferred and lost forever from these incompetent clowns.

and that's when Labcon will buy everything back for a few hundred btc, and pocket the rest of the 7K btc

sell while you can before Sunday!

Missed Fabrizio's last message on google hangouts. He asked me how the money for labcoin was raised, and if it was using bitcoins.
Heh. At least he has heard of "bitcoin".
But either he doing his damnest to pretend not being involved at all,  or he really has no clue about labcoin.

Post it please, that's scary

It's not scary, we already knew that. Maybe you didn't read the last 20 or so pages, but the mastermind is Alissia Tatti, his sister.

Still scary not knowing anything your sister is doing at all. If i had a family member using my businesses name I would know wtf was going on.

why would any exchange want this security?

30 Day Volume is 32196BTC, so BF's 1% fee on the sales of those would be 3219.6BTC in one month (if volume holds somewhat constant). That over $350K.

Not that there aren't issues here, but that's enough for a house in many cities.
and also a very big target for legal issues...

Volume won't hold constant because everyone was jumping ship.  As this thing drops over the next week, you'll see the volume slow to a crawl.

Still getting black screenshots. But his words:
 "Fabrizio Tatti
May I ask you how has been the money raised?2:10 PM
Bitcoin?"

But indeed as someone else mentioned, its already establish Fabrizio knows next to nothing about this, allegedly its his sister running the show, although thats not confirmed.

Well said. Let's hurry up and get listed so we can have an exchange to trade on.

johnybigs is only trying to lower the price faster and buy all he can, as he already stated many times. I don't know why you are still talking with him
