As a rational person, the next logical step would be to assemble that hardware to mine with, which if you think about it, is the most plausible explanation for chips being missing from the tray. With that in mind, it lends supports to the claim that Labcoin are mining with 2 Th/s.
Each tray holds 160 chips by my count and it's highly probable that Labcoin have more than a single tray.
