it's very easy to join a pool and prove that they are indeed hashing.  It is very easy to publish the mining address.  It is very easy to let investors know what the hell is going on.

For some benefit of doubt, if their program didn't include the functionality of joining a pool in the first place, it takes some time adjust that. That said I'm not sure whether publicly released programs offer functionality to work with large and expandable ASIC farms off-the-shelf; the last time I looked they seem to be designed for standalone PC's with hashers connected as plug-and-play hardware, not routers / servers that connect to racks of ASICs through LAN.

If they could solo mine, they can mine on a pool in about 1 minute to change the configuration. Actually mining on a pool is MUCH easier to set up than solo mine.

Yes with cgminer if they use anything different could be much harder.

Sell side is increasing.  The market is not expecting satisfaction today.

If it did somehow break through 0.004, it might run a good long way, though.

To the fudidiots, (you know who you are) If you don’t believe in LC then why do you post here, literally no one cares about your theory’s on why Labcoin is a scam (real investors base that decision on their own research) not the word of a idiot in cyber space. Why would anyone believe a fudster when they themselves are scams. I can guarantee the majority of you (probably all fudsters) have absolutely no experience at all in running a business or a company of this nature with so little people. Could you please start you own moronic thread so that you whackos can enjoy each other company.  If it were a scam, then why not post some fake pictures, along with replica hashing info, along with a millions reasons as to why they’re not a scam. Because maybe they actually like to work, maybe they have issues to solve, maybe they could care less about people who talk shit about their company and have already stated that they sold all their shares.

piss off.

I don't have any experience in running a business.  So frikin what!

Why the hell do these pompous assholes always say, "You guys wouldn't have the first idea about how to run a business"?  How predictably superior of you.

If it wasn't for the likes of us so called 'fudsters' half of these companies wouldn't have made it passed their IPO's.  We raise the difficult issues, the ones cheerleaders like you are too scared to contemplate and force these companies to be accountable.

So why don't you just wind you neck in and take off those rose tinted glasses you use when you log in to your LC assets page to marvel at your holdings, tough guy!  Kiss

I'm giving Labcoin benefit of the doubt. We'll see what happens, I won't lose a leg if they're a scam, and I wont be rich when they aren't. But it's a great learning opportunity for a new investor like me.

You have more balls then all the fudidiots combined.

Balls are not enough to earn money. Labcoin created this fuzziness and I won't blame daytraders/FUDers to make profit of it.

There is too much selling pressure atm. Rise will not happen until they

1) lock shares (burnside asked them to provide the usernames to lock, but I guess time is money so they don't have time to give 2 or 3 usernames)
2) give the mining address to let the shareholders check by themselves.
3) give pictures > 0.0001 dpi
4) stop giving promises based on nothing

Exactly. The address and hi-res pictures are a must.

If those are absent from this update and you find yourself buying shares, you're a psycho.

I think the 100 pages of FUD everyday is useless. But if they confirm on Monday or anytime next week we are going to see an epic rise in price. I dont believe this is a scam, I'm sure they are working hard and probably having some difficulties. Or they are purposely delaying evidence to keep the price under control while someone slowing increases their position. Well see I guess I cant wait!

I guess LC is using Valve time™.

LC shares @ 0,003 => Half Life 3 confirmed?

Here's a shocker for you, all the money LC got from the ipo, is actually going to the development of HL3.

I wouldn't even be mad!  Cool

Opposing viewpoints in any discussion are valuable for two reasons: first, if you're wrong, you have a chance to learn from others' perspectives. Second, if you're right, you have an opportunity to convince others of their errors by debunking their flawed arguments.

The problem here is that both sides have already made their points, and the same points get rehashed over and over and over again, so it's devolved to about 90% ad hominem at this point.
