Labcoin doesn't pay dividends until they hash.

He's saying he'll start a company with the explicit business model of creating fake companies and doing insider trading to manipulate the prices and then pay dividends to the 'real' company using money made by manipulating prices on the fake companies.

It's a pretty ingenious, if diabolical business model. Obviously illegal in the "real" world. Possibly illegal even if you were just doing it with bitcoins.

The documentation is needed for third party developers who are not familiar with the chip. Why would LC need it if they have the knowledge to actually create the documentation in the first place?

I certainly understand your priorities - but it would be nice to see the trolls who setup that bet lose. If you could find the time to send out 10 or so raw chips to forum members by the 12th (no PCBs or anything) that would be nice Cheesy

- so long as it doesn't take time away from getting chips up and hashing.
