Changing avatars is currently not possible.
Burnside,
I'd like to see you add the ability for issuers to set a launch time (optional) that will automatically launch the IPO at the set time. I'd like to see the launch time in the it's own field of the Details tab for the security. Also please build a countdown timer into the page below the graph that counts down to the launch at which time it disappears from the page.

I think that would be a great enhancement.

Is it not up to the issuer as to when the shares become unlocked and in what manner the allocation is awarded? I'm not sure that I'd put the full responsibility on the exchange operator.

Additionally, Burnside and LabCoin came up with a creative and fair solution to deal with the unexpected level of demand. Waiting longer would have meant a massive buildup of coin and even more frenzy. I'm not really sure how that would benefit many except those that didn't pay attention to the 14 hours between the unlock time and the IPO action.

Except that TheSwede said earlier in this thread that there would be a 16-24 hour notice of the time before shares were sold.  People were rightly banking that this sort of quick sale would not happen, unfortunately Swede went back on his word when the IPO filled and he no longer had to sweet-talk investors.

At FIVE TIMES the IPO price which ended just 4 hours ago??! You're crazy!

Why yes, yes I am.
Must by why I made an exchange Tongue

Good for you. I tried to buy 100,000 shares that did not go through due to crappy website.

I'm going to kill myself if I just missed out on an easy $40,000.

It's really hard for us longer term investors to feel bad for people that missed out on a quick flip. Whining scalpers just aren't that endearing to me.

Well I'll put my bids at 0.005 when the IPO launches P/E Ratio jumps up to 5 on a tech company lol

I'm going to kill myself if I just missed out on an easy $40,000.
Don't do it. It's just money.

And just in case don't do it !!!

$40,000? You have to give yourself more credit. I'd say you're worth at-least 7.9 million.
