All withdrawals need to go thru a two independent manual approval process to protect user fund.

This is especially important in the context of incidents of Bitstamp, 796, EgoPay, etc where tens of thousands of bitcoins were lost. We are adding resources to better cover the offpeak hours.

you can see the deposit way on stamp and finex, also on lakebtc, international wire is the major math

only btc-e has various fancy means, and the high deposits / withdrawal fee on btc-e via wire.
