I read about vaccines from Russia too, looks like it's the only thing that can save some cities from disaster, cities that depends on people, tourists, gamblers, because what I read now numbers are higher than two months ago. Yesterday I saw some headline about some new wave when winter comes again, it's why vaccine is needed, if not there will be new lock downs, new quarantines, and that will affect economy to fall deeper than it is.

Wearing is already mandated for most businesses and establishments. And if the customer or gambler doesn't have the mask, they are not allowed to enter the premises.

That's just the basic requirement where everyone has to follow, if we can't follow that basic protocol then there is no reason casinos will still operate.
As of now, there's no report yet that vegas is a threat so they should close back, people adopt with the policy and the operation is going smooth.

That's a good news, the numbers don't life, maybe that's the reason why the government are willing to take risk in opening the businesses despite of the rising number of infected people, and it's really good to know that more than half of the people infected by the virus has recovered already.

Well, we don't know if their lives is worth to risk but I hope they are doing well though the fact that the cases in Nevada is increasing means they are not that well. They allowed the casinos to open but they are not strict when it comes to protocol to be followed.
