What happened ? broken hashing-boards ?
Not until now. And i pray that they don't fault.
They have thousands of HW errors already while other got 30 lol
But most of the control boards were broken. And bitmain being bitmain, they are letting me wait and its a pain in the ass troubleshooting and solving the problems. Have been dealing with them for almost 2 weeks now and im still waiting for replacements.
I admit shipping times and customs play a role too

First thing to do I write support. With the L3+ its stated you are not supposed to send the whole miner, but just to make sure you got "permission" to open the miner without handing away the warranty.
Next write a ticket and add an imaginary Tracking#.
Go to your post office fill out everything you need like shipping address and recipient, pay for it and ask them to leave the box open until end of day. Go home and print out the repair ticket thingy again,this time with the correct tracking number.
You are able to add your ticket as long as its pending. And I would write the support you had contact with already to check that everything is correct and the new tracking # is also in the system.
Its a stupid system but I honestly did not come up with a better way
Hello bro thanks for the reply, I did all the thing's
1st i had contact to bitmain support, they emailed me and and saying to ship the defective hashing board, after check one by one single board which is defective.
So i had taken tracking number from DHL and create repair ticket and print the two copy, then first copy sticks out side and second keep in side of the box. And packed the box and given to the DHL. With New address of Hongkong.
They told me they parcel will be delivered to Hongkong within 4 days.
I did all the things which i see, Anything is left to do, please know me that.....
