Escrow service available? Why you do not sell them on bitmit.net?

For this batch I have not enabled any escrow service.

I have not setup any reseller vendors yet. I intend to do this ASAP as to allow my coins to reach as far across the globe as possible. The idea of limiting 2 coins per user would not work well with a reseller because I could not know for sure that only two coins were being sent to each user.

The coin cap was to make it fair for everyone interested to purchase a few of my first batch of coins.

Damn, smoothie. I remember finding and watching your 50 more bitcoins video back in 2011 when I was doing my formative readings on Bitcoin.

Oh yeah?

That was a while ago when GPU mining bitcoin was still a "solo-able" thing to do with a pair of 6990's. May/June 2011. Good times.  Smiley

Its as easy as 0, 1, 1, 2, 3
People can speculate all they want.

It is simple: I have never scammed anyone on this forum nor any forum. Nor do I ever intend to.

Your personal information is not for me. It is for the security of your order being delivered. If I dont have registered mail in place then your package goes lost, then there is another thing to cry about.

I figured the best bet is to do what Mike does (Casascius), require registered mail so there is no funny business in the shipment process. Then once the package is confirmed I then fund the coins.

Simple really.  Smiley

Sure registered mail is great, as long as coins are actually shipped in the first place, could have save you a lot of breath there.

Please do not order, let us finish our orders then when the inventory is gone you can place yours mkay Cheesy

Beautiful coins smoothie. I would be interested in picking up 2, shipped to Germany.

Just a few questions:

For those of us that live in Europe we have to pay a VAT Tax (I think like 20%). It doesn't make sense to pay a tax on a currency. Also, the customs VAT Tax includes shipping in its calculation, a double whammy.
Would it be possible to have the receipt made out for the value of the coin without the LTC or could we have the option of self funding the coin ourselves ?

I've ordered silver coins from America before and you can definitely find shipping to Europe, insured, for pretty cheap. I just checked on Ebay.com (you can quickly verify) and found this:
Using USPS 1/2 ounce silver coins ship at $7.00 - $10.00 to Germany. (And many actually have free shipping).

It seems like you have a price of 28 and 25 LTC listed on the first page. Is the 2nd on the latest?

Thanks,
IAS

Maybe because bitmit is bitcoin exclusive?  Smoothie accepts both BTC and LTC, so bitmit wouldn't be able to accommodate that.

It was only the wind.
I dont think you read what i wrote, or maybe you quoted the wrong guy. for him to take the coins in 2 or 3 years from now means he would have had to ship them, thus getting more trust to sell more in the future.  if he keeps the keys and in 3 years ltc is worth $100 each will he start taking them? then claim he was hacked?

who knows. im not saying this will happy but you saying he is not a scammer cuz "post office" well that is just silly to me.

anyway it would be nice if he came out in public and said who he was like Mike did.

If he just takes the ltc coins in 2 or 3 years it will be pretty hard to prove. Also there is a risk someone else has access to the keys and takes them. The postal argument is something I find weak. I'm not saying he is going to scam but I just don't agree with your argument for him not being a scammer.

So you base your judgement on irrational fear and circumstantial maybe's?

I guess the proof will be when Smoothie actually delivers.
