After Napoli's failure to be defeated by Inter, they were humiliated at home, will Napoli experience the same thing this weekend when they play against Juventus?
Meanwhile, Juventus is currently in a very stable condition and looks very strong to be able to reach first place in the points table and I would guess that Juventus will win by a narrow score.
What about your predictions about Juventus who will play Napoli?
Also this weekend it is certain that Inter will get 3 points from Udinese.

Napoli are in trouble, Walter Mazzarri is working but it's not easy to fix when everything is in pieces and Inter are really, really strong.
It is no coincidence that last year they came second in the Champions League, it is not an easy team: but little by little they can catch up with Napoli.

Napoli failed to capitalize on their home advantage by conceding three goals to Inter is so disappointing. Their ability to breakdown Inter Milan's defense was so frustrating to watch. With an 11-point gap, competing against Inter in the title race seems daunting for Napoli. This season presents a challenging scenario for Napoli, because they might face an uphill battle, with Juventus and Inter emerging as stronger contenders. Despite the odds stacked against them, the unpredictable nature of football suggests that surprises are always possible.

Napoli might still find opportunities to mount a comeback in the title race. Football enthusiasts will undoubtedly be eager to witness how the team navigates these challenges and whether they can defy expectations to make a compelling push for the tittle race. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the season unfolds and whether Napoli can make title race look excited.
The difference of 11 points is a big difference. Napoli will find it difficult to catch up. Inter Milan must experience several defeats so that Napoli can have the opportunity to occupy first place, but it seems difficult because Inter Milan has already locked up half of the journey with Napoli. Now the pressure for Inter Milan is only on Juventus, Juventus is trying pressing Inter in the top position, I only see these two clubs as having a chance to win the title, Napoli will need a miracle if they want to win the Italian league like season before.

By the way, Roma has the same points as Napoli and is in 4th place while Napoli is in 5th place with goal difference, Napoli conceded more goals than Roma. This is enough to prove that Napoli has indeed experienced a significant decline this season.

In the end, Napoli couldn't take advantage of the home advantage well. Napoli conceded 3 goals from Inter and Napoli couldn't break into Inter Milan's goal. It's a shame that Napoli is now quite far behind in getting points and it's likely that Napoli will find it difficult to overtake Inter Milan in the fight champion title, the difference of 11 points with Inter Milan is too far, this season Napoli is no longer the favorite in winning the title, the strongest candidates are only Juventus and Inter Milan.

Napoli managed not to concede a goal until the end of the first half. If they had finished the first half 0-0, they might have had a chance, but with Hakan's magnificent goal, Inter finished the first half ahead 1-0. After this goal, Napoli needed to play open football, which meant they would give positions. In the 61st minute, Barella made the score 2-0 and the match was now in Inter's hands. Thuram scored the last goal of the match and Inter managed to get 3 points with 3 goals.

Inter got a comfortable victory in the tough away match. They are in first place in the league with 35 points.

I don't expect much from Napoli for the rest of the season. They are a far cry from where they were last year.

It is matchday for Napoli and Inter. Inter are going to play a tough match in Naples tonight. Napoli have replaced their manager in a time that I didn't expect at all. We don't know what Walter Mazzarri will do this season. For now I expect a similar performance from Napoli.

Inter are already going on really consistently. They played a quite tough game against Juventus last week but they were still the better performing side.

Napoli wouldn't play with the same match mentality with Juventus. They would play in a much more attacking sense. This can make things easier for Inter to score also. Both teams to score would be my first choice to bet on.

Napoli vs Inter in my opinion will be a match where both teams will score at least one goal, if we take the statistics of Napoli and Inter we can see that the first and second best attacks in Serie A clash, Inter 30 goals scored, Naples 26 goals scored. it's a very difficult match to predict and I can't really say who can win, perhaps the pitch factor could help Napoli, but Inter are devastating in attack! I don't know! We'll find out tonight, but I think betting on both teams to score could be the right choice

If you place a bet on both teams to score, it's a shame, maybe you lose the bet because Napoli can't score in that match Sad and luckily I didn't place a bet on this match Grin

I don't question Walter Mazzarri's experience, in fact I know very well that he is an excellent coach, my doubt lies in the mentality of the team, will they be able to get out of this unfortunate period and settle into the module proposed by Mazzarri? or was the victory against Atalanta just a lucky coincidence? I want to hope and believe that Napoli with Mazzarri can return to winning ways and fight for a place in the Champions League, and despite this with the 1-1 draw between Juventus and Inter they managed to shorten the distance from first place to 8 points, which are not few but not many either and could also be part of playing for the championship victory

in my opinion Napoli will be able to recover, clearly not this season, which is now obviously disastrous for everyone from every point of view. Next season they will certainly be well energized and happy to want to make the difference that they were unable to make this season. My opinion of course.

the season is now quite compromised but anything can still happen, Napoli would only need to win a direct match to revive the fortunes of their championship, I'll give you an example, currently Napoli are -8 behind leaders Inter but the next match is against them Inter, if they were to win against Inter they would move themselves to -5 from the top and everything can be rewritten. so I'm not convinced to give them up for lost when there are still more than 20 games to go until the end of the championship.

It's true, Napoli seems so strange to me, the way they do things, I don't see them being consistent with their way of playing, but when evaluating teams like Juve, Roma, some like Inter, they are teams that will always give very great results, for that reason I have always said that things can go better, but I think the more things that can be done to improve the better, I don't know if you saw the UCL loss with Real Madrid, but for me the Napoli played very, very well, they just couldn't consolidate their returns well, because they lost 4-2, but in the first half Napoli was almost the winner, because what they showed was very good, I think that Napoli's problem is something that It is very external, that is, they come out playing at a high level, their speed and everything means that any team does not expect it and that can cause a lot of confusion and the goal can come, that was what they did, if so They could only have done that for at least 20 minutes, that's fine, but it only lasted 5 minutes, because at minute 6 they scored the goal.

Seeing this behavior of the team I can intuit that when you try to make a strategy better it is because you can undoubtedly improve, we cannot be under a siege for 6 minutes, at least they must hold one for 10 minutes, tie, then insist until they score another, That's why I'm talking about a range of 20 minutes played at full speed, that's why when we see a soccer team when they make that effort and achieve their goal, they then take cover in defense and play defense and a hard counterattack, that's to stop them. recover all the energy they lost, that is why football teams when they are faced with titans like Madrid must do that, otherwise the titans somehow dominate and score many goals, because they take advantage of the mistake they have to liquidate any game, It's normal, it's what grown-ups do.

Regarding Napoli's performance in recent weeks, it doesn't convince me, they don't let me see the team I saw last season, I don't know what's going on.

It's difficult to predict the winner will be, because of the strength of both teams, this is a good game as it has an element of unpredictability to the match. Factors like the playing conditions, home advantage for Napoli, and Inter's formidable attack further contribute to the uncertainty. Putting bet on both teams to score appears to be a prudent choice, especially when faced with such a closely contested matchup. This type of bet can add an extra layer of excitement to the game, as it keeps the interest alive throughout, regardless of the final result.

Regardless of the final result, enjoying the game and the potential for goals from both sides can make the viewing experience even more thrilling, because the beauty of football lies not only in the final result but also in the excitement and unpredictability of the game itself. Whether your team wins, loses, or the match ends in a draw, the sheer joy of witnessing skillful plays, strategic moves, and the potential for goals from both sides can make the viewing experience truly thrilling. Good luck with your prediction!

I agree it`s very likely, see the Real Madrid Napoli match which saw a total of 6 goals.
It doesn`t necessarily have to be a bad thing, on the contrary, it creates a lot of fun for the fans and lots of twists and turns.
Honestly I like the idea. Cheesy

I don't want to say too much but if the Napoli players immediately become familiar with the module proposed by Mazzarri we could see a great Napoli that can fight against everyone, of course the calendar has not been friendly at all with Mazzarri who must immediately compete with Atalanta Real Madrid Juventus and Inter. We will see in the next Champions League match whether this Napoli can fight against everyone or yesterday's match was just a coincidence
But doesn't everything take time?
All the players can quickly get used to it and really understand Mazzarri thinking to be able to create good quality games, but I admit they are not too bad during training sessions.
In every training session they seem to be able to understand each other and Mazzarri also seems confident that all his players can produce satisfactory results when faced with some of these strong team.
But there is still chance in the end match against Braga to determine who has the right to qualify for the last 16 of the UCL.
At least if Napoli don't win, they should be able to get draw because if they lose, they can be sure that Braga will qualify.

For now, it is better to focus a little on the Serie A match which will take place tomorrow against Inter and then Juventus can focus on preparations for the final UCL match.
Many Napoli fans really hope they can beat Braga and appear in the last 16 of the UCL in the competition to win and enter the top 8.
Even though it is impossible for them to get the UCL title, if they can reach the top 8 or even the semifinals then it is good competition for Napoli.

@Lillominato89 I’ll agree they had luck last year but they also had a strong coach and an motivated striker who gave it all to win but this season they decided to part ways with their coach and mock their star striker publicly and then not even apologise for doing that showed how badly they were being managed. Furthermore I won’t be surprised if the entire board steps down at the end of the season because they have royally messed this club and unless they go I doubt that they’ll even secure champions league football next season.

the team was strong and still is, I don't think anyone is questioning this, but they were very, very lucky. the coach did his best and I have to recognize it, Spalletti in Italy is known as the "eternal second" because both with Roma and with Inter he had never gone beyond second place and I am very happy for him who managed to win the championship especially with a team that wasn't a clear favorite at the start of the championship, so chapeau

The decision to sack a manager who won Napoli the Scudetto is a shocking reality. This was a big contestation and raised concerns among the fans. Losing a strong coach and publicly mocking a motivated striker can indeed have a negative impact on team morale and performance. The lack of an apology for that to happen may have added to the frustration around the club.

The potential departure of the entire board at the end of the season leads to a broad issue with the management of the club. And also the potential departure of some key players is a broader issue with the club's future. If the the club make decisions to avoid the problem getting more complex, it's understandable that fans are worried about the team's future. But If some key players decide to go, it will be a crisis for the club. The situation at Napoli is quite complicated, because decisions need to be made sooner or later.

until 82 minutes the game was

real madrid 2 - 2 napoli  ( and the end of the game was 4 - 2 )

after that real madrid scored 2 goals very easily, napoli's defense was very bad and see that real madrid in the last 5 or 4 seasons has not been a team with many famous players in the team as was happening in the past , but even so, real madrid has managed to win the european champions league, it has managed to win the league, in this game it was evident that napoli are not a very big and strong team as their directors want to make it seem when they put pressure on their coaches For victories, I think that if Real Madrid had been playing against Inter or Juventus the game would have been much more balanced. I've been saying this constantly that Napoli's victory last season was thanks to luck

because the big teams were very weakened, but this season things are different, an interesting thing is that Italian teams in recent years have not signed the best players in the world as they did in the past, I remember well that the Brazilian player Adriano, Ronaldo, Kaka, Kafu, Ronaldinho and many great players were playing in Serie A, but today Serie A has become the second option for many famous players, I don't understand what made Serie A teams become like this. Today it is difficult to imagine the possibility of any Serie A team winning the European Champions League, last season the Serie A teams were lucky to get far in the European competitions.

the question is quite simple, Italy and Serie A have lost appeal for two reasons, the first reason is that in Serie A many managers in past years have done nothing but cheat, see calciopoli in 2006. the second reason is also the one that weighs the most are the television rights, in Serie A whoever wins the scudetto gets a prize for television rights equal to or almost equal to 100 million euros, in the Premier League the last team in the standings gets around 90 million as television rights of euros, it soon becomes clear that English teams are able to invest much more than Italian teams. Returning to Napoli, I also believe that last year was pure luck for them

I don't give Napoli a very much chance to win a back-to-back Serie A title either. Their start to the season ruined the plans for now. Because Inter and Juventus both are doing an amazing work these days. They are like copying Napoli's previous season now. We aren't even in the middle of the season though but this still looks very promising for them.

Even one of them drops from the championship race I don't think the other one would do the same. And as for which side to drop first in such case, I would say Juventus.

Because Inter look more reliable from the system they play accordingly and because of how much productive they are now too.

I don't think Napoli will take home any trophies this season; their play was not good enough to warrant a title. Since Napoli fired their previous coach, I understand that the team's output has to alter, but occasionally we have to acknowledge that a team's performance can also be affected by a coach change. Napoli was one of the best teams in serie A last season, leading the league and possessing a significant lead that no other team could match. However, this season, they appear to be a team that has never won the title and has changed coaches nearly twice.

I was hoping that Napoli would defeat Real Madrid this week in the Champions League because so many of the team's best players are still out with injuries. I also thought that Napoli would have a chance to win the match against Real Madrid because of this, but Napoli was unable to defeat Real Madrid during the match. In their second Champions League match, Real Madrid still prevailed over Napoli, demonstrating that the latter team is not strong enough to compete in the league this season. Chelsea is working hard to ensure that Osimhen joins them in January. Did you think Napoli would have a striker of the calibre of Osimhen?

The Napoli that I saw last night against Real Madrid could easily beat Inter, obviously as an Inter fan I know that they are much stronger and only they can lose this scudetto, but Inter will play away from home and it will be a tough match and difficult, that's how I see it

Ca veru e..
Of course you really love Inter, or are you trying to take away the bad luck by saying that Napoli are stronger?
In any case, I support the losing team, therefore Napoli. Go Naples! Work this miracle and beat my friend Inter!!!

About a back-to-back championship for Napoli I'm afraid I can't talk very positively. It is just really difficult for Napoli to keep up with Inter - Juventus duo. Even let's say Juventus start dropping down from the title challenge I believe that Inter would go for it until the end of the season. Because the way they play give quite much confidence to me about their winning the league title this season.

Napoli could at least start playing better maybe after this manager replacement. I'm not even sure about whether this manager change was really necessary after a short time.  Sad  In the end Mazzarri isn't a more successful manager than him on paper.

It`s impossible to introduce the schemes and tactics in a short time and make players who don`t know your schemes play well

it takes time

the positive thing is that these guys have already known each other for a long time, I mean the Napoli players, so it will take less time
But if you assemble a new team, it can take an entire year.
