Talking about Roma's chances when they play against Inter Milan, maybe there are only 2 possibilities between a draw or a loss but from my point of view it looks like Roma will be defeated by Inter and I say about the performance of these two clubs that Inter is far superior and if you say Roma will have difficulty beating Monza We also have to remember Roma's achievement of winning by 2 scores in the European League, but even so, that doesn't mean Roma was able to withstand attacks from Inter.
But everything would be different if Jose Mourinho used a strategy to hold back Inter's attacks to end the match in a draw and I am very sure that if Jose Mourinho realized that if the club he coached was not able to beat the opposing club he would strengthen the defense with a tighter formation.

True, the strongest team on paper is Inter, but lets remember that Jose Mourinho is a very smart coach and that he has a striker at his disposal who has something to prove to the world (I am talking about Lukaku) so it will be a very close match in my opinion .

Obviously I cant help but support Roma! I hope Inter lose, of course, because i am a Juventus fan Smiley

in my humble opinion, the odds are worth their time, especially when it comes to winning the championship. If I remember correctly, last year Inter were also priced low and therefore potentially had to be the favorite to win and in the end Napoli, who were one of the underdogs, won. bookmakers always try to distract you and lose! Of course, Napoli aren't even trying to defend the title they won last year and yet they have the same team! I think we won't see a miracle like last year for a while

It's not the same team, the driver of the car has changed and the car itself in the hands of an inexperienced driver doesn't go as fast as it should go
I know it's a slightly close comparison, but Napoli are different from last year, they managed to ruin a winning team

Surely! the change of coach has greatly influenced the performance of the team, usually the change of coach occurs when there is a need to reverse the trend of results which are often terrible, but in the case of Napoli it was Spalletti who wanted to end his story with Napoli after having achieved great results, therefore we needed a person who had to do better where there was already the best! unfortunately it is difficult and we are seeing it with our own eyes, Napoli have reversed the worsening trend unfortunately

I'm not very positive about Roma's chance against Inter at the weekend. Maybe Roma might seem like they are recovering as they have a winning streak. However their performance against Monza was so inadequate. They hardly managed to score the winner to win the match. Inter is a much more serious opponent and it is an away match too.

Roma really defeated Inter in Guiseppe Meazza last season. However I don't think this effort would be enough to do this twice.

Of course there is a possibility for Roma to get prepared specially for this match but I still see Inter one step ahead.

looking at the last 5 meetings between the two, Inter Milan dominated with 4 wins over Roma so many are sure that Inter will be superior in that match, especially since the match will take place at the San Siro stadium (Inter's home ground) I'm pretty sure Inter will not waste anything to win full points in the match.

Inter are strong rivals in the Serie A league and have performed much better than Roma this season and Inter have only experienced 1 defeat in 9 matches while Roma have experienced 4 defeats when compared in terms of squad, Inter's squad cannot be doubted anymore and I predict Inter will win the match even with a narrow score.

Well the both teams Roma and Inter Milan were involved in international competitions during the week days and I believe most of their players may look exhausted and may be experiencing fatigue, despite the fact that these are two competitive clubs I see the both teams will struggle to win each other in this match thereby they may settle for a draw.

The both clubs had an awesome performance during the week day EUFA Champions League and Europa league respectively where Inter Milan defeated the opponent Salsburg by 2:1 and Roma defeated their opponent Slavia prague by 2:0.

Napoli has continued to play well even without its striker. You are correct that they shouldn't just rely on one player because they might not be available at all. In this case, Osimhen's injured that he couldn't played some matches, but despite this, they gave it their all and defeated Verona with three goals. They show that even without Osimhen, they are still capable.

It is indeed one of the key factors in football. If you rely on a specific player completely then you will lose hard in his absence. Napoli have been playing as a team so far. It was the same in the previous season too as it wasn't like Osimhen scored at least half of the goals or so. For this reason Napoli just need to be a little more consistent. I assume nobody expects the same performance as in the previous season from them. It would have been meaningless even if Spalletti didn't leave.

People just want consistency and a good fight for the title again. We will see if they can do this. Rudi Garcia will need to have a similar bond with the players.

clearly, Napoli can play even without their best striker, any team should not depend on just one player
but the team's performances have dropped a lot, so much so that Napoli's championship win is listed at 9 while Inter's is listed at 2

so something also influenced this situation

This championship is fantastic guys, Juventus victory opens up the top even further: with Milan losing 3 points everyone gets even closer and no one can escape forward. I laughed so hard when I saw the summary of the day, about Milan lost game.
What do you think about it?

I honestly hoped for a Milan victory, but the episodes and the skill of Juventus meant that Milan lost. the red card for Thiaw was a correct interpretation by the referee but it actually compromised Milan's performance. I believe that if Milan had played 11v11 they would not have lost this match. now Inter is back at the top of the championship and the teams behind are just a few points behind, so today we still don't have a real dominator

I'm happy that he lost, so the championship becomes more competitive and fun
they are there fighting for first places and places in the champions league, the matches become more competitive

so ok lots of stuff v

dear friend, unfortunately we have conflicting views on Juventus. unfortunately I support Inter so you can understand Cheesy obviously Juventus won and so we are first, but I like to look beyond! for Inter and Milan it would have been better to keep her at a distance! but instead this makes the championship even worse, not that I mind but I would have preferred it differently Grin

There were rumours before like Napoli were close to signing a contract extension with Osimhen. However there is still no agreement made between the sides. His contract still finishes in less than 2 years so this is likely to be a problem for Napoli as of next summer.

Because I think Osimhen might not want to extend his contract if Napoli have a bad season. The Rudi Garcia period isn't going on very well for now but the season is long of course. If Napoli don't manage to convince Osimhen for a new contract until next summer then I guess they would be open for offers on one hand. The amount they demand would be quite a fortune for sure.  Smiley

If the rumors are true the club should probably consider the situation resolved because Victor Osimhen isn't quite at his best this season and isn't scoring as many goals as he did. I'm not sure if the team's issue come from the coach, but they are still giving it their all and are now ranked in the top 4 of the league. Regardless of this, I don't think they will win the title this year because the favorite teams are already well ahead of them. Because of the problems he had with the club a few weeks ago, and the fact that he was injured and unable to play in the Champions League, I believe Victor Osimhen has not yet agreed to sign a new contract with the team. However, should he decline to sign a new deal, the team may decide to sell him for a significant sum of money the next season.

The fact that Napoli is able to win and score goals without Osimhen is a very positive thing. It means that it doesn`t depend solely and exclusively on the Nigerian attacker.

Dependence on just one player is never a good or wise thing, even if the player loves the team (he could get injured)

@babo I’m really surprised that Juventus is performing so well because with all the off field drama taking place I thought that they would slip once more but it looks like that they’re keen to reclaim their top spot back which they had held for so many year’s. Also Milan needs to learn their lesson and further improve their performance as they just can’t afford to drop points because every point will matter as it’s a very tight title race between Inter, Milan and Juventus.

I don't think Milan are in bad condition despite losing this match against Juventus. It was even due to that red card. Otherwise their performance was already pretty good. I wouldn't have been surprised if Milan won in that case. Anyway things are still going on well for Milan. They are in this title race and I believe they will be in the long term too.

When it comes to Juventus their progress impresses me for now. They are really good at benefiting from the chances they get. But we will see how consistent they can be. I think Allegri's future depends on their result in this season.

I dont agree, if Milan were forced to commit a foul, with a red card, it means they were under pressure!
A team that wins easily does not commit fouls or receive yellow or red cards..
So this rumor that it was the fault of the red card, yes ok, but why did Milan commit a foul? What if he wasnt under pressure?
Of course is my opinion, but i am honest.

This season is much more fun than last season that's for sure. Because there isn't any team dominating the league completely - at least for now.  Grin  Juventus' being in the title competition makes me even more excited. Because as you know Juventus era has ended and we have been witnessing different champions for the last 3 seasons.

I can't say that their era is back technically. It is still early in the season and the points are very close. But I feel like Allegri can make up for the last season performance of the team.

I think Juventus have the strength to finish in top 4 this season. Maybe this would be enough for Allegri to keep his job for another season too.
