Well, before you will buy an altcoin for investment;
1. Be sure that the altcoin can be trusted.

Below $1 altcoin or not, they dont have an exception in this market correction. It was proven and tested that investing to an altcoin lower than $1 gives you a higher return but that is only if you are investing to trusted and well known altcoins like tron, ripple, ada, xlm and iota. You shouldn't look only at the coin price, Ripple takes the second place in coinmarketcap and costs 0.3$, so do you think it is cheap? You should look rather at the market capitalization to determine if this project is able to bring profit.

Low price it doesn't mean you'll get more profit because there's opportunity become scam. Market in bad situation and all coins have low price, high supply but low demand, this is bad sign to invest/ trade using crypto. Please analyze again and make sure you set stop loss before enter the market.

Exactly, there are many tokens/coins that has less price as compared to other altcoins but their market cap is high so there are on an upper number in the coinmarketcap list of first 100 altcoins with reference to market capitalization. Let me give you one example ripple is trading at .29$ and ethereum is trading at 88$ but ripple has more market cap than ethereum.

The advantage of low price altcoin to trader is they get more amount of tokens and when price increases their profit also increases due to more quantity than of expensive coins.

currently the trusted crypto currency is the best 100 altcoins on the market, they are proven to have a community and as long as the volume is still the best I am sure the altcoin will not die, therefore the price of a coin is not a benchmark for your investment.

Yes you are right mate, altcoins has a great potential to survive even during at the deepest dive on this bear market because they mostly have a platforms that people can use in exchange of the token they have created, so an altcoin that have a usable platform for everyone's needs will not die and crypto market will take a long live generations by generations.

I will buy those cheap altcoins if they have existing product that is now working and the team is accessible on their channel. Most of those cheap altcoins has no development and you should choose carefully before putting your money on them.

Buying the tokens that is high on regular price and now is very low is good to buy. It will make instant multiple profit. But just be careful on selecting good tokens to purchase. Probably buy the tokens that is in the top 50 in CMC.

I think it depends upon the coin and our luck on investing. Because there are so many coin that can make us loss even if we bought it in a very small amount of capital. I believe that some other coin are really becoming more less in terms of value today because of the huge dip. However we can still have a big opportunity to buy different coins in order for us to gain when the market rise.

you are right,
