When I first started trading, I spent every night not with my wife, but with Crypto. My wife was very offended and jealous)). But then I managed to find a balance between the real world and the world of crypto currency. It comes with an experience.
Honestly speaking crypto trading has changed my living habits. May be with the period of time I go back to living a normal life but currently my life is just too sticky to my laptop and cell phone. I have noticed that sometimes my friends feel annoyed with my cell phone trading applications. I never saw such a passion in my life before. I am messed up with the rest of the things, crypto is on my mind all the time even I dream of it while sleeping. It's both funny and stupid but I guess this is the early life of each trader.

Trading is an activity that create addiction, and there is the very risk to lose health, not only money.
You need self control and decide to dedicate a specific number of hours to trading, and not trespass it.

A trader life is so difficult.His life are fully depends on market and it also depends on management.If management is good life of a trader is good and vice versa.
I have been into crypto since before Christmas - did some very poor choices in the beginning. Like not understanding FOMO, ATH, FUD and all that. The guys I started with have all earned a lot more than me, by not jumping ship because nothing happens. So I startet to pay attention to news, trends and so on. Keeping it cool when it rises and keeping it cooler when it suddenly falls. And I find that I am also a lot better when I'm not paying attention. When I have some free time I buy the dips, sell the highs to increase my portfolio. I really look forward to that trading plattform, where I can "bet" on traders like you bet on horses. Then Im not doing this anymore.

you can do trading if you have free time, I think maybe you should focus your work first, after your work then you can do trading or set the time that you can do in trading.
Well it is also difficult being a trader specially if you are living on the other side of the planet. If it's morning in US then it will be night in our place. A lot of sleepless night for sure. But it will be worthit later it.

please i need advice from those traders have has been in the business for long, how do you combine it with your other normal life activities , i mean cryptocurrency trading , i just started and am glued to my phone every second , advice will be appreciated 
my advice is start with small money first until you learn more
Do not forget about the real life, if you have a job and a family. Do in between eye exercises, exercises, relax. You will not be able to keep up with the world cryptocurrency. It is worth to spend the few hours in the morning and in the evening, no more.
Do what you need to do of your job and you family. Find the balance between them. For example, you can do the trading at night or in the morning.
Yes it's exhausting becuase we need to monitor the coin constantly, but now we have apps to help us, it can be use to remind us the price target, but still we need to often monitor it, I usually search for big opportunity and set my target, put alert on my phone and wait for couple dayys to see the market react, it's too time consuming to keep on watching the market every minute, but if you are trading to make a living then you need to constantly see the movement, there is no other option

Being a trader will really make you tired because you need to do a lot of things like monitoring the market everyday in order for you to get the best price to sell your coins or invest but for me, It is ok as long as i earn a lot of money and that how you are going to earn more profit, By working hard each day.
I think trading is a normal job with high salary, so i still have time to do my hobby, sport in my free time. I will do trading in 6-8 hours per day then i will close all open order and rest.
Try not to check your portfolio before you go sleep. This will make you crazy and you won't have enough sleep. Do your tradings in a fixed period of time during your day. After that forget about crypto and live your life.

True that but you have to analyze it anyway, even in long-term investments. And it's not easier, just differ. But I agree, I prefer long-term trading more than day trading.
I been doing both long term trades and daily trades. Feeling burnt out right now with all the research and market watching.
Time to take a step back for me with daily trades maybe a hr each night if I spot something I already know lots about and it's in a good position.
