You cant sleep when you are in a losing trade, normally you wont sleep well at all time, you wont have daily routine like you are forgetting to take a bath take a tooth brush etc, many traders are focused on the pumps and dumps to maximize the profit gains.
I agree with you,the daily routine wont happen you will forgot everything except to trade altscoins and win.

Me too, crypto takes so much time in my life, it is really hard to do other things. Especially staying in front of the computer is bad for the eyes all the time.
When you . make much profit you need to relax to green views like mountain. it helps your eyes refresh.  I always go on weekend in a park or any other places on weekend to make me feel relaxed. Most my activities on workdays sometime at night in front of computer. Your eyes will be tired.

I know that feeling, that is what I exactly did when I start to trade, but now we can set the buy price and sell price in trading and then install app to give notification when it's reach certain price, it's impossible to keep on watching your phone, so you need to be used technology or apps to help you to trade

please i need advice from those traders have has been in the business for long, how do you combine it with your other normal life activities , i mean cryptocurrency trading , i just started and am glued to my phone every second , advice will be appreciated  Grin Grin Grin Grin

Ill suggest that you may give time for your trading like for example at least 5 hours a day. Dont get yourself stressed by trading. Just let it flow and study all what you need to do in trading. If happened that you got a day job, you might want to trade after the your shift. Just take relaxing time dont get yourself stressed. Good luck!

During the first half year you can expect too lose money and to constantly think about crypto, trying to figure out why you are loosing the money and what you can do against it.
Answer is we all lost money at the beginning and you can only keep going forward.

Some tips from my side:
Never sell everything if you think the coin has a future sell half or more but leave some, in a few years your dust is worth money.
Selling for a loss (except when your stop-order is hit) means accepting that loss, think hard about it. Most coins with a future will pump again, just a matter of time.

Hope you have a pleasant journey Smiley

I`m not too long in the business, but I can already say something

1 Don`t forget that money is NOT most important thing in this life

2 Trader never sleeps, but sometimes it would be better to lie in the bed instead of doing wrong

Long-term trading based on weekly timeframes doesn't require refreshing chart every 5 minutes.
And it doesn't burn your nerves also.

You have a lot of time to select strong coins calmly. You have a lot of time for fundamental analysis.
Don't waste your time on day trading, I'm almost sure you will lose all your depo very quickly. But long-time trading is closer to investing. And I believe this is a more profitable strategy for beginners.

It is just a matter of management. First you need to identify what kind of trade strategy fits your lifestyle.
1. Day trading - trading only within a day
2. Swing Trading - The principal difference between day trading and swing trading is the time frame. Swing traders attempt to predict the short-term fluctuation in overnight. So positions can last anywhere from 1 day to a few weeks.
3. Positional Trading - The holding time frame of each trade is higher as these traders anticipate a big price movement in the coming future. Timing the market is not the top priority for this category of traders as they are willing to weather the storm and wait out a few months to see a large gain.

Trading puts me in a trance. Hours will go by and seem like seconds, yet I can feel the vast amount of energy expended. The exhaustion after a long day trading can be extreme. Taking breaks and time for yourself is incredibly important!

Try to forget about it during the day, especially if you have a day job. You would never be able to react quickly during the day and take meaningful actions. What I do is every night I try to watch the trends, read some news and adjust my portfolio for the next day, if necessary. Checking your phone every second just won't fly.
thanks for the advice i am a day worker and i haave no time to check my tokens only at night i feel somtimes i am missing some good opportunities which part of the day you think it is the best to trade?

I gave myself completely to this question. I understand that if you spend time on some other job or occupation, then you can delay your education for a long time. But frankly, it's a little exhausting. It is necessary and to have a rest.
