I have a transferwise account precisely because they give you US local account with routing number, etc.

If you use it together with Revolut, you can receive the money in transferwise, then top up revolut with the transferwise debit card and then convert the USD in revolut to your local currency. That way you avoid any conversion fee and also avoid the transferwise outgoing transfer fees

Also, there IS such a thing as a US IBAN. European banks use IBAN, so when you have a USD account in a European bank it has an IBAN
That's just a European IBAN with a bank account denominated in USD instead of EUR. To receive USD to this account, a US bank would need to make a SWIFT transfer and they'll take bigger a fee for that. It makes no difference for them if the account is denominated in USD or EUR, it's still a European IBAN.

I've read that TransferWise Borderless gives you a US account with routing numbers.

I dont think its safe to open bank account online. Hackers could get your account if you're not careful.
Its not safe. You should go directly to the bank to open an account.  Anyway, its good to see how banks are embracing new technology now. But its sad because i dont live in EU. I live in Asia. Does anyone know if theres a bank like this here on Asia?
Yes, I very much agree with you. I don't think this is safe. You may encounter hackers. Even more frightening is that the link itself is problematic. Everyone must be careful and careful. In fact, we cannot be sure who is behind it.

You can get a personal USD bank account in LeuPay. Not sure if i would be IBAN though but you probably just mean account number.
YES it's what i mean

unfortunatly leupay have suspended USD transfert at the moment, and revolut and n26 doesn't have usd personal account number, so i continue to search

Transferwise borderless account has US personalised local account details which is what you want. They aren't crypto friendly however.

hi
i'm looking for a online bank who give to you a personnal USD Iban,  not a pooled one,

i need this to receive money and the compagny who paid me whant an USD iban with my own name

i look to n26 or revolut but its a pooled iban

thanks
N26 and Revolut (and LeuPay, etc., see the OP) give you a personal dedicated IBAN, not a shared (pooled). And there is no such thing as a US IBAN. Payoneer will give you a USD bank account number, but they will not accept payments from all companies.

I never hear about such thing as USD IBAN. As I know, USA doesn't participate in IBAN. You can get IBAN for EUR and some other currencies.
Hey, guys

What is best way transfer BTC -> IBAN from
(~EUR 10-30)

1. Kraken..
2. Therocktrading..
3. Bitstamp..

Need only ID .pdf + phone number SMS ?
For withdrawal via SEPA

best exchange ?

maybe mistertango can do but they changed fees recently, or did you check with wirex recently
As I know Mistertango still didn't implemented new fees. And if you use Mistertango only to receive and send EUR, you need to use standard plan which is free.

For what name and amount? Particularely if it was not from account with your name and for over 1000 euro, did they require a proof of legality for that transfer?
I'm not doing localbitcoins trading if it's what you mean. You will get your account shut down everywhere once they pick up on that.

Nope, I meant most (if not all) of those neverneo-banks allow you to top-up your account problemless only from another accouns with your name in another bank. And when it comes from account not with your name - they usually either reject or block that money despite of baiting by "ideal for freelancers" carrot.

Well expose your problems with Revolut here so people are aware.

I guess everybody have the same problems with Revolut.

As soon as you start moving real money they will block you. And the worst part is that they keep your money and support take forever to reply.

Sepas are sometimes received within a few hours on same day.

You're not doing any kind of trading or moving any decent amount of money, that's for sure.

Or you would know how shitty Revolut is like the rest of us.

Lithuanian banks from this list are also that fast (Mistertango, Paysera...). And unlike Revolut when they want to shut you down they don't keep your money like Revolut.

I think you can delete Revolut now, or at least put it on hold.

They are banning all accounts
Any proof for that claim?

I have noticed some comments about this as well, since one or two weeks. I didn't pay attention as people didn't really explain what happened exactly. And often people avoid telling the embarrassing point for their matter
Aw, that's pretty sad. Revolut made press released in my country a few weeks ago announcing an official Release of services in our region (Greece).

Using Revolut. Haven't noticed anything different lately. Still as good as it gets.

Using for what?

As good as it gets? That's shill talk for sure. Their so-called support is simply the worst I've ever seen. Completely ridiculous.

 Huh Huh Huh Huh

Some updates:
Quote
- https://revolut.com - (Lithuania)
Only UK (pounds) account, no EU/SEPA account, account not in your name - in fact, it is their account (benificiary name).
After few days (or week(s)?) there finally turned on an option for EUR account.

- https://www.paysera.com (Lithuania) - They don't like/allow to sent/receive from exchanges
In fact, it looks like they don't like/allow any client at all!
The site is slow as a snail. But worse, at identification page it simply does not work: stucks with message: "Please wait, loading... ". There is support chat on the page but the support is always "busy" - so, it's just a page decoration in fact. No reaction on email as well.
Just in a week I've got incredibly fast amazingly efficient resolution of all technical problems!

Dear customer,

please be informed that using this browser there should be no problem. Also please be informed that sometimes we receive the information from our customers that using some browsers they can not make some steps and can make on other browsers, but it is only for few clients. Maybe this occurs because of additional their system settings. So if you are not able to make some steps on one browser any time please try using another browser it might help.

Thank you for using Paysera services,

Have a nice day
Of course! And why I did not guess?! Yes, I have to try every version of all existing browsers in order to find by chance one that might work with their highly professionally developed web site!

Do you still believe to all those "cryptotycoons" willing to entrust millions-billions-trillions-zillions of dollars to such a high professional services?  Shocked

Hi,

Does anyone know if any of these online banks can accept big amounts of fiat currency, like 1 million dollars?
I have an account with IBAN at Monese but I heard they had problems with big money transmission...
Thank you!
