Some updates:
After few days (or week(s)?) there finally turned on an option for EUR account.
Just in a week I've got incredibly fast amazingly efficient resolution of all technical problems!
Of course! And why I did not guess?! Yes, I have to try every version of all existing browsers in order to find by chance one that might work with their highly professionally developed web site!

Do you still believe to all those "cryptotycoons" willing to entrust millions-billions-trillions-zillions of dollars to such a high professional services?

Aw, that's pretty sad. Revolut made press released in my country a few weeks ago announcing an official Release of services in our region (Greece).

Says the guy whose post if full of false accusations, uneducated rambling and whining. I'd go and point out the inaccuracies of every part of your post, but it's pointless, since most of it is bullshit, so I'll just say to the readers to ignore the above post by DevilOper.

Probably yes, but does not open account with non-EU passport even if you have German residence, and with EU passport but non-German residense despite the eligible countries list and annoncements on their site.
Does not delete upon request your personal data collected during registration despite EU regulation and German law (Datenschutzgesetz) - so, you can consider how thorough they are in their business.
Only UK (pounds) account, no EU/SEPA account, account not in your name - in fact, it is their account (benificiary name).
In fact, it looks like they don't like/allow any client at all!
The site is slow as a snail. But worse, at identification page it simply does not work: stucks with message: "Please wait, loading... ". There is support chat on the page but the support is always "busy" - so, it's just a page decoration in fact. No reaction on email as well.
Does not even send an initial SMS - so was not able even start with them. Very, very high professional!
Does not require any verification/identification. Does not provide any card tough: after registering you see that "due to the technical problem card emitting is suspended" - despite baiting with free card on the site.
May be they are bitcoin friendly but not user friendly. First seems their application does not work with Android 4.4 despite annonced on their site. Finally got it working with Android 6 - but standard phone camera quality pictures never satisfy them! What the point of doing that within the application only, if they expect not less than hi-res scanner quality?
Some strange glitches in their application. First start: could not connect and stuck. Restart: requested goggle play update despite it updated yesterday to the latest version. Restart again: check network bandwith. Failed despite it was connected with WiFi and not cellular. Well, hi professional grade quality application...
Now they are the same. And far not free.

Don't forget that they actively delete/censor all negative feedback there. All "blocked account", "where's my money", "x months waiting for a reply", etc... reports are systematically eliminated.

I have noticed some comments about this as well, since one or two weeks. I didn't pay attention as people didn't really explain what happened exactly. And often people avoid telling the embarrassing point for their matter

I think you can delete Revolut now, or at least put it on hold.

They are banning all accounts and their support is the shittiest ever.

Transferwise.com is not a scam, it's a reputed service working with bank(s). Located in different countries and backed by some serious VC, I don't see why they should start to scam people for some bucks. Usually, people complaining to tell the full story to readers. I am not going to buy your story unless you fully explain your case and as well post some evidences you got scammed.

Not able to pass identification  In fact, it does not even start: in capturing screen I place a doc requested within the frame - and nothing happens then. Farther, closer, lighter, darker - no effect.
Tried with two different phones (tough both are not quite recent, they have Android 4.4.4, otherwise the minimal requirements should be somehow precised).

Considering that Malta aspires to be a major crypto hub it's really strange that Leupay is throwing business away
