Ferratum debit card put my account on negative balance! It is the first time ever I have a European bank do this to me... I have only heard it as a predatory tactic in America to charge interest but here, with a free card that isn't even eligible to charge me interest? Why would they allow the account to go overbalance? Just tell me that the payment can't go on for fuck's same. It also ddlayied to go on the requests even for two days and even though I had blocked my card in the meantime, ferratum still drew whatever was left in my account.

All this just gives me a very bad taste in terms of how they handle the security of their cards. After they canceled multi-currency accounts, getting my account to negative balance is just another reason to abandon this bank.

https://www.dukascopy.bank/swiss/ a swiss bank that is crypto friendly and accepts customers worldwide on their app

my experience with them so far: i installed thier app, they have chat in it lol, and you can win some prizes like 5€ per day and 100 € per week, there is video identification and you need passport/ID for that. there is some intrusive questions about your job but you don't need proof of address. now i am waiting for my account to be confirmed.
On their website they say the plastic and virtual VISA cards will be available the 1st of December, dunno what to think of that.
they want to create a network of people that can send/receive money easily, ambitious or not serious? dunno for now.
for the incoming limits their site says it depends of your job/country of residence, i will keep you posted
some other limits:
The maximum credit balance on the cards should not exceed CHF/EUR/USD 10'000 at any time.
limit on account balance: The size of the limit by default is set to USD 50'000 can be raised to 100.000 USD, for that you need to make a request and prove source of income.

Seems a good bank for small/mid size portfolios that want to trade/cash out crypto to fiat and don't have crypto friendly bank in their country, they offer swiss IBANs too so another good point for them.
It is a well established bank since 1998 in 2 continents so this looks good but i don't know much about their history.
i don't like that their cards aren't available yet, will they really be available the 1st december?
And that innovative way of banking with chat and stuff could be a success or a total failure so we can say that it is kinda risky to put your money in that bank.

how many virtual cards can you create ?

Are you sure TransferWise issuing Irish IBAN? Have you get it?

I don't think so. The simple reason is where Transferwise bank accounts are located. For the EURO currency, they use 3 banks

- Belgium
- Estonia
- Germany

You can see it with their IBANs that you use for the deposits

IBAN : DEXX XXXX XXXX XXXX BIC : DEXXXX
IBAN : EEXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
De for Germany, EE for Estonia, Belgium are dedicated to each client.

They do have bank accounts in the UK but it concerns only the GBP currency.

I'm looking for a card similar to Revolut, Monese, Wirex (it doesn't have to be a crypto related card, but if it is, better...) that has an IE (Ireland) based IBAN, and that can be opened and used as a non-resident, but as an EU citizen
If someone is using one, or just know a good service, please let me know

Tnx

Hello.

You could check https://transferwise.com
You can have a free debit Mastercard and create a virtual Irish IBAN account if you need it.
Be aware they have very strict rules and if you transact with crypto or gambling related sites or businesses
your account could be banned.

Check their Help section to see if this works for you before you sign up with them.

Ferratum is suspending multi-currency IBAN accounts. Now only EUR will be supported. This is so sad IMO, it was the best service to receive payments from other currencies and in many occasions had the best exchange rates. Maybe it was not profitable again, I hope they'll open it again.

Anybody have tried their services? https://globitex.com/euro-wallet

It looks that they have a pretty attractive offer for a crypto-friendly dedicated IBAN account and SEPA transfers.

Sent my docs like 2 days ago, but got nothing from them yet. Website looks dead. But who knows, maybe they are legit. So far, they don't inspire any trust.

They are legit. Using both exchange and EUR wallet with decent amounts - so far so good. The only downside is exchange liquidity - it is quite low, but if they won't go bitwala's way with unreasonable KYC after every transaction, they will soon get good volumes for sure.

They dont accept non EU citizens, i am from africa and they said our internal politics dont allow us to open you an euro wallet

I've added https://bitwala.com (Germany)

Nice to see you're still updating the list.

Did you try bitwala yourself?

I moved a few hundred thousand euros through Bitwala, then stopped using it. Several months after, I get a message that my account is getting closed down. Bitwala is a joke. They don't actually support Bitcoin as they should. I mean, I moved a few million euros (from crypto) through a bank in my country and only after a few years they decided to close my account. Fuck Bitwala, they're just like any other bank out there. Sure, I did move quite a bit, but that's peanuts compared to the amounts I traded using other banks.

Not everyone exchanges a few hundred euros or a few thousand euros a month, just so they stay within a certain limit in Bitwala's eyes and therefore be deemed "safe" customers. I've personally had it with this anti crypto attitude from banks and EMIs. Hopefully in a few years, they'll die in droves, one by one.

The same bad experience with Bitwala here. They are asking you documents, proofs, scans and other bullshit by every move. Their registration process is big pain in the ass. Closed my account after exchanging few hundreds EUR.

Well, I must say that I come from very far away.

After I spoke to more than 350 EMIs and banks.
I have managed to open an account in the UK and Germany for my BVI Crypto Company.
Please PM me if you are interested by my secret formula.
No fees are involved.

Hi, I am unable to PM you.
Please can you send me a PM, I am extremely interested in any info whatsoever relating to your secret sauce.
Cheers,

Can someone tell me if there is an online bank that sends plastic cards to all countries in the world? Since last year I saw many sites make promises that so far have not kept, I still can not find any site that sends card to my country Mozambique
You barely will find bank which will work without any restricted countries and would send their cards to all countries. They have to follow lot of laws and regulations, so they can simply open account and send card for everyone who wants it. I'm not sure about Mozambique status, you have to check some services listed in OP, maybe you will find something that will work in your country. Unfortunately, most of these online banks are for EU citizens only.

Most of the websites mentioned in the OP are for EU citizens, and some for the US. I would go to check Payoneer since it's a popular payment processor among freelancers. , it gives a dedicated IBAN and a Mastercard, the only thing is you can not use it with anything related to cryptos.
