Spectrocoin has a 1% loading fee, bit-x has none. As long as you buy with the currency of the card bit-x is still cheaper, at least for the first year before monthly and inactive fees.

Got my card from e-coin/wirex today only for the site to go down.
Edited: Back up but the sites still giving me crap. Won't just load the dam card instead tells me to wait forever.

Changes to the list:
- Plutus moved to upcoming services
- Billpayforcoins removed, their SSL certificate expired and their card project seems abandoned
- Created quarantine section
- Added Advcash and Bitplastic into the quarantine for seeing too many unresolved complaints about them

I'm not sure how legit is it , and I never tested it so you may want to look more into it . (don't use it just because Cointelegraph spoke about it , because Cointelegraph have a history in advertising scams) .
That's directly contradicted in their FAQ
I don't know why they'd advertise that they have 0 fees, that's misleading alpha phase or not. Thanks for the mention, but I won't be adding them to the list until that's fixed.

Just pick one that has the lowest possible fees out of them all
I would recommend spectrocoin, you can create a card there really cheap
I has e-coin and it works well too
