Been painfully trying to use spectrocoin.com debit card.

I got a promo code and was able to purchase a virtual debit card.  This part was pretty painless.

I had incorrectly thought that once I put some BTC in my account that I could use my debit card after a few confirms.  Not quite.

The procedure is:
1.  Transfer BTC into spectrocoin wallet
2.  Exchange BTC into USD in spectrocoin account
3.  Load Debit card from USB in spectrocoin account

Sadly, I am stuck on step 3.  1 and 2 don't require any verification.  I set the spectrocoin account up for email verification.  Now when I try to Load the Debit card, spectrocoin sends me a six digit key to my email.  The problem is that even with very fast email servers, I am not getting the email until 30-40 minutes after requesting it.  Sadly, the spectrocoin enter the code page times out way before that, so I am unable to Load my Debit card.  I can't even change the two factor authentication to my phone, which would hopefully be faster, since this also requires two factor authentication.  Thus, I am stuck.

I would prefer a debit card that keeps my BTC as BTC and only converts it to USD on Debit card use.

The OP would be more useful with a table comparing their fees.

https://coinsbank.com/cards

I didn't use them , yet . but I'm pretty sure it's going to become successful just by looking to their website .

Yeah, the design seems very nice. I will add the correct link to the list now that bit-x has re-branded as CoinsBank.

I recently got cryptopay debit card (physical card) which is actually visa card. I was able to verify my account with it and i am yet to make any purchases but as it have now get accepted by paypal, i think i will be able to buy items from ebay soon. They are still giving code for free physical card here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptopay-a-central-entry-point-to-a-decentralised-world-1384807

You can ask for coupon code.

As you can see it's already added to the list so I'm not sure why you are posting about it .

It's good.. You can use it...
Withdrawing
To #Payeer_Account = 0.95% fees
To #Your_Payeer_MasterCard = 2.5% + $1 with Maximum $2500

I'm personally interested on the payeer card. How has your experience with this card been? Are fees actually 0 as they claim? Any cons?

To be honest 2,5% fee for withdrawal is very high! when you withdraw $200 it is $5 + $1 = $6 .. there is many cards where you pay around $2 - $3 for withdraw like this.

Monthly and inactivity fees are begining to roll in for bit-x cards after a year of issuing the card. Everyone who has a card by them from 2015 make sure that you know that.

After reading some positive reviews on Reddit, I'm convinced that https://shakepay.co offer a legitimate service so I'm adding them to the list. Be aware that their "no foreign transaction fees" is not factual though.
