Almost always it depends on the activity of the team. Very often, teams don't do marketing at all. Because of this, altcoins are often not traded on normal exchanges.

Anyone know how long usually it takes for ICO projects to list their tokens on an exchange? Is it different with other exchanges?
Yes, indeed, to earn coins in the bounty of the company, this is only half the battle, then you need to wait for the stock exchange and that's when it's all gone, we feel a sense of gratitude to those who work in a team, but sometimes a very long wait and we are disappointed.

I think it depends by the team because to be listed an ICO team should accept to pay high fees.
So, if a project collect few money, possibility to be listed is very low.

It takes time to list on exchanges these days because of too many tokens. Exchanges now have stringent rules on which tokens are to be listed, if the do not meet the requirement, it may take longer after the end of ICO.

WPP ENERGY - BACKED ASSET GREEN ENERGY TOKEN

Some exchanges accept payment for placing a token or for speeding up placement. Some take a long time to check a project for compliance with any necessary parameters - capitalization, parameters of a token, interests of shareholders or some of their own security criteria.
but I think that money often helps speed up the listing

Sometimes projects are listIng on the stock exchange quickly. Sometimes you have to wait a year or more. And no one is immune from scams. If the project has its finished product then this time is the least-a week or a month. At this time, it takes a long time.
An exchange for cryptocurrency is NOT a stock exchange, it's cryptocurrency exchange and both are really different thing.
Imagine trying to list your cryptocurrency to a stock exchange, you'll be an object of laughing.

Why do I need a listing?
A listing on a crypto-exchange, as a rule, increases the liquidity and price of a token: the larger, more famous and more reliable the exchange, the larger the volume and the higher price it will bargain. Examples of Ripple, Bytecoin, Zilliga, Lisk clearly show how listing can raise the cost of a token by 15-25%. This is due to the increase in the number of potential buyers, the growing popularity of the coin, its greater distribution and the emergence of new marketing opportunities.

You are absolutely right, but I wouldn’t be so sure about the Bytecoin account, because many exchanges were removed from many exchanges, the demand is not too high

Those who know about that are only core teams, sometimes some projects can even be listed as soon as the ICO is finished. However, some projects have postponed listings for various kinds of reasons such as unstable market conditions and the like, and in my opinion it is just a reason because the developer wants to hide the shortcomings of the project or they don't have the funds to just listing

It should be immediately the longest should is one month two months will cause impatient to investors, any coin that fails to list in any exchange can be considered a scam site, it's the most important part of the development of a coin investors wants to see if they are making a profit from their investment.

It depends on the ICO. Because there are some ICO's that have problems on listing exchange and some ICO's are ready for listing and they will contact the exchange site. The shortest time is about 3-4 weeks. How long? I don't think so... because there are some ICO's too long to listed it on an exchange.

When ico project successfully finished after that dev team try to reached exchange. But sometimes it's different in some project they adding exchange when pre-sale start i think this is one kind of great strategy for any project and they will get a lot of investors to attracted people's.

Listing on exchange is not important to many project. The market of cryptocurrency are down and listing at this point is suicider. We have seen newly listed coin dump to 90% in a single day!

Very often, the price of a token depends on the listing on a particular exchange. For example, Traceto token T2T is now trading only on GBX and this is not the best decision of the team, because the price has fallen very much.

Price of token fell not due to the fact that the token was listed on exchange, but due to the fact that now the whole market is falling.
In any case, token was waiting for the fall...even if this exchange was binance....
I fully agree, now the whole market is very red and because of this, many projects debug their listing on the stock exchange, that year is usually 1-2 months and already on the stock exchange were in 2018, I'm waiting for many projects for 6 months and still just come out

Dear this is not very big problem according to me if dev talk or hire any exchange for listing within a week or 10 days coin will liye on any exchange.
Within 10 days listing is impossible i think but in some poor exchange it's possible. Big exchange never listing within only 10 days. When you send application for listing. And exchange team take a couple of weeks to reviewed.

In my experience of participating in various ICO projects, I can say that within 30 days after the IPO is completed, the tokens are distributed. Upon completion of the token distribution between investors and bounty hunters, the tokens are listed on the exchange. First of all, these are small decentralized exchanges with small trading volumes. For listing in leading stock exchanges, the required payment in BTC and vote.

There is no accurate and specific time for listing but most of this will occur after the token sales ends. It will takes more time before the implementation because both parties needed to settle first the agreements before the token officially listed. If the team can fulfill the requirements, then that's the time it will be listed in the exchange.
