We do not understand the question. If you are asking how this coin confirms transactions then the answer is direct acyclic graphs with sha256 proofs of work with extremely low difficulty. If you wish to know how this is possible then please ask one of the admins in our Telegram group (we are much more active there).

A white paper is not really necessary due to the fact that we are forking (see bitcoin cash or ethereum classic). We will release a roadmap either, tomorrow or the day after.
