If history is any indicator of the future, we are around the Nov 7-14th week of our last cycle. Litecoin has broken the downtrend and is now finding support before taking the next leg up. When volume comes back in, this thing could get interesting.

litecoin is one of the rare altcoins that actually follows bitcoin everywhere.
in other words what you see as "breaking downtrend" is because bitcoin stopped dropping and has reversed some time ago and is now on the rise. so litecoin is also following it right now to the top.
and of course there is always all the efforts and advertisement done by the creator and developer of litecoin, Charlie Lee.

Litecoin creator Charlie Lee sold all of his holdings in December last year.  He’s now regretful about his decision but thinks this was the right long-term move as he tried to make Litecoin a truly decentralized cryptocurrency.

Litecoin has lost more than half of its value since its peak times, but here are some indicators that this cryptocurrency is poised to reach new highs.

What is your idea?

I haven't noticed that. So he sold his holdings while he shilled litepay that never happened? It sounds like a typical market manipulation, he should be jailed now...

I've heard a lot about litecoin, and all the rumors about him were good, there was no words about the fact that this is a hoax,so this coin is considered to be promising and successful,so we can expect its growth up

If not wrong last December litecoin achieve a high score. isn't it precisely him profit if sold at that time. the current price falls even below that value. and with some very large support, I think litecoin has a great opportunity for the long term.

With Charlie out of it, there are very few core developers following it. Which would make it's further development lousy.
It doesn't have a huge community and userbase like bitcoin and has no proper team to lead any further. So, it just on its own.

Things will be very much different in the future than they are right now and that most of the crypto coins will then manage to make more better reputation in the international market as well as amongst the people. Litecoin has a good potential and that it will surely rise higher in the coming days and that at that time, more number of investors will invest in it and that the market value will also rise higher.

Crypto currency in the market for a long time. But the rate began to grow rapidly recently against the backdrop of the increased popularity of blocking technologies. But the Litecoine rate falls.

all digital currency here drop by half like btc so of course some altcoins too but still bch, ltc, eth are good for investing here that we can trust for our money because even they drops a lot still their price in different trading site are high so we can trust that if we do invest now we can earn in the future all we need to do when drop is still hold then do invest again but we need to take the risk again and you need to believe that they can go high in the future because if you don't nothing gonna happen actually if you predict crypto by now it repeat only like last year 2017 so better to think always positive for your investment

I also see little purpose and use to Litecoin. I am afraid in the long term this will lead to depricing of it...I have the feeling that being the oldest fork is the only thing that keeps it in the top 10

I'm sure Litecoin prices will go up again, but I do not know when it will happen, because I think, Litecoin is one of the strong coins, with a good development too. So do not worry about the current prices, because I think almost all altcoin prices are currently falling

He aint stupid to sell all of his coins,as of the moment i dont see anyone who are dumping big amounts of supply of litecoin.Ive heard theres something that is going to come with litecoin whih is why i am still holding this coin as it has some good development team when the litepay has finally come to our market im sure we are going to make a lot of money when we have litecoin in our wallets.

when you look at percentages that altcoins gained since the last month, litecoin has less percentage compared to others, so i think it'll go up in a long term, but can't say anything about the longterm price of litecoin

Lightcoin is generally a very strange coin. But this is my point of view. I do not understand the meaning of this coin. We can change the bitcoin, for example, the lighting network.

I think investing in other coins that have a chance of increasing by a greater multiple should be a better option than LTC. Go for coins like TAU, XLM and XEM. They will serve the purpose much better and profits would be higher.

Yes. I agree with your opinion. Litecoin has a good selling point for now even though it has already dropped half of its peak price. I think Litecoin is one of the most suitable investment venues if we look at the current market developments.
