It's impossible, Litecoin couldn't even see 10$ before the block halving. They dumped so hard when it came to 10$ resistance.
It may see 5$ but nothing more, your speculation worth nothing.
Litecoin to 10 is possible, but only if Bitcoin increases drastically. And if so, I am sure you will earn more having the money in Bitcoin itself.

If there is a general rise of digital coins, litecoin will see $10. Otherwise it will be staying around current level.
10$ ltc has long left the station and derailed off the tracks never to be seen again.
You should buy some litecoins now that its still has low value. I've bought several lately cause i don't wanna wait till it reaches higher that I can't afford no more.

If it reach 10 again everybody will sell and a new trend down will begin.
Although it possible it not likely we will see 10$ LTC as soon as it get anywhere near it the dumping will happen imo.
