But it's true that before I only changed the DNS, I was still able to access it, but a few days ago trying to log in with the same DNS, it failed to access and there was a warning that the site was blocked.

It’s been a long time since new tournament or promotion introduced by the casino. I’m hoping for big event too. Even cashback is already modified and makes harder to get the minimum cashback percentage. Only the Bombay Blackjack Table keeps me coming back to play live games here but tournaments is not that manageable to win for me.
If it's about amounts wagered then of course we usually can't do anything, though I have to say I actually place in wager contests, it's when it's bet count that I can't really stay.

And randomly, if I check the actual website, the promos are not available to me (despite the emails specifically saying my username).

I’m aware that the main discussion here is the betting purposes since that’s small detail starts this lengthy conversation but I replying on his specific comment which I quoted. The discussion is already escalated on payment method since the main objective now is to encourage Indonesian people to use the casino by adding their currency and not the betting option only.
I do agree on him since adding the currency for the sake of lower minimum bet will not benefit much in the casino but rather on players only that wants to play low. But adding a fiat payment method might attract local players to try the casino due to the convenience of deposit straight using fiat.

I guess it is what you proposed but another possibility is you proposed a Conversion tool on Livecasino which help users to convert their BTC, ETH ... to a chose fiat currency before betting.

And maybe there are other considerations for livecasino why haven't they added IDR until now. Hopefully they quickly consider this and make a decision soon, because to be honest I personally prefer betting in small amounts, because apart from making the game longer and making me enjoy the game more.
