IDK why you are responding to message a month ago.
Did you even check the case? The provider make a check for specific amount win (meaning big win). It's not because the game have some mistake and other, I been playing on (Evolution Games). Did you know, In case there has some mistake miss dealing, or other things during the game on Evolution Game. They fixed, stop, making a check, voided the bet at the time you are playing.
Basically, you have instant result check at the time you are playing not after you win and then they check your winnings.
I haven't really looked at the date of that post.
Yes, the provider makes a check for the specific amount of win and that's very normal. Some years ago, there was a case in Evolution, where one shuffler was using a spy camera that had the shape of a shirt button. He was shuffling in a way that his spy camera could see half part of the cards and was streaming to his friend, then his friend knew cards and won lots of money. Since that day, many circumstances were taken to prevent this and for that reason, there is a check on big winning because Evolution has to be sure that everything is done fairly and dealer/shuffler doesn't make them win. There was also a case when the dealer checked her closed card and helped the player to win. You can't check every dealer and shuffler every second, that's why checks happen when something important happens, including big wins and losses. There are many cases when players report when something goes wrong, we make a check and fix what happened. One example that I can tell you is that the shuffler missed one shuffler, we didn't notice it but the player reported it to customer support and the lost money got refunded.
It might surprise you but Ezugi is a sister company of Evolution and it might surprise you even more that Ezugi and Evolution are in the same building and dealers that you see on Ezugi are the same dealers that you will see on Evolution tables. Dealers, shafflers and every other member are the same on Evolution and Ezugi, so it looks a little surprising to me that there is a big difference in user experience.
Is it new? Because AFAIK the offices and main studios of Evolution are located in Latvia while main Ezugi's offices and studios are located in Romania. Maybe Evolution has some studios based in Romania and tthey are shared with Ezugi but it must concern only few tables and dealers on the overall.
Evolution has studios in many countries. Where I work, they are in the same are and we move from one building to another in a minute.
