Seems like AMD new RX graphics cards are detected as 2 single GPUs:
Here ist the lolminer startup detection:
Setup Miner...
Device 0:
Name: Radeon 6800 series
Address: 45:0
Vendor: Advanced Micro Devices (AMD)
Memory: 16368 MByte (16304 MByte free)
Max epoch (approx): 1916
Active: true (Selected Algorithm: ETHash)
Device 1:
Name: Radeon 6800 series
Address: 45:0
Vendor: Advanced Micro Devices (AMD)
Memory: 16368 MByte (16304 MByte free)
Max epoch (approx): 1916
Active: true (Selected Algorithm: ETHash)
Then it starts DAG generation for "both" cards, but DAG generation for GPU1 never finishes!
Start DAG gen on GPU 0 (normal mode)
Start DAG gen on GPU 1 (normal mode)
Finished DAG gen on GPU 0 (3941 ms)
And here ist the statistics. 60mh/s listed on "GPU 0" but "GPU 1" does nothing.
So...maybe alle Miners only use half of the RX graphics cards wasting 50% of their possible hashrate? That would be a possible 120-130mh/s ETHASH for a RX6900xt.
edit: starting lolminer two times with ETHASH does not work. DAG can only be generated once, maybe because both detected "cards" share the same memory.
edit2: all available miners show the RX cards with only half of the real compute units (CU). The 6900xt has 80 compute units but only 40 are detected.
Nice to see it ... the 120-130Mhs is not possible... the bandwith is limited in 6900XT, the max should be around 65-66Mhs with a a big OC and MOD...
