Long term investments are always better than short term holdings in cryptos. Because in short tern you won't be albe to understand its price trends. In short term Risk is always equivalent to profit. But in long term holding risk factor decreases. For long term holding i would say ETH , EOS and BTC are best options according to recent market situation.
Any ideas what to buy now and keep for longer?

At the moment, the market is on correction because I consider it irrelevant to buy for a long time. I think it’s better to wait for the schedule to change and buy on a growing trend, maybe then the price will be more expensive but the result is more and less time consuming.
Long term invest is not perspective for your money, I think. You just should to work with crypto, because you can earn more, than from holding.

Personally, I feel top 20 Coins according to the CMC are the best options for the long-term investment. But the best option is always Bitcoin, because if bitcoin price starts increasing then your investment may increase to x10 to x100 in future!
Investing in btc and ETH is always good to find, but there are really coins that didn't have what it takes to consider holding even in a week.
