I like new coins, but only after a careful study of the idea and the team behind them.
Any ideas what to buy now and keep for longer?
I think ethereum is worth to hold in the long term, we can see last year ethereum was able to rise very high at 1,200 USD. Because I personally also hold ethereum because I believe the price of ethereum will touch that value again or even will be higher in the future.
If I have to choose I will go on Bitcoin and Ethereum because of the popularity and it's not risky in my opinion.
Certainly invest in bitcoins. But there are other currencies as well. such as the etherium, many predict a good take-off of this currency.
Bitcoin has always won on long walks. I believe you will win again. popularity of recent times; ETH, neo, wawes, iota, litecoin. These are the addresses of comfortable investors. Winning long gains always requires patience. because it is not possible to win at any moment.

Undoubtedly, bitcoin is in the first place and in addition it is possible to add 3-4 coins from the top-10 with high capitalization and excellent reliability. You can choose cryptocurrencies serious projects which realized in the real world.
In such case it's better to buy something classic like ETH or BTC, that's the best option for non-risky long-term

I believe the safest long term investments are currently bitcoin, ethereum, neo trio. I am expecting 25k bitcoin, 5k ethereum and 1k neo in long run. Monero is somewhat safe long term investment too. I think this month will be good!

that depends on your strategy but I will buy ADA,LSK,Stellar and ont for long-term i think they can reach a higher price, for example, ADA can reach 3$ in this year. please study and select your coins

... i think you should have 50% of your Portfolio in BTC/ETH ... or maybe a little bit more,
if you risk some of your money in some little but high potential projects it could bring you a lot of money...
but i think if you want some "secure" or maybe "stable" gains, you should choose a top 50 coin

If you have kept your coins since then, maybe now the fruit of your patience starts to grow. If the long-term investment then only two coins of ethereum and bitcoin are thought to be better than their guess would not be suitable, that's my opinion
Same here. Whenever I heard this term ‘long term investment’, first bitcoin and then Ethereum appears in my mind. But bitcoin comes first and it can give the largest amounts of profit with time. No other crypto coin or even any physical asset has that much potential. Ethereum is considered number one altcoin but it is far slower in making progress as compare to bitcoin, still it’s a good choice.
