Coins I would never sell before 2021: IOTA, Lisk, Neo, SONM, Oyster, maybe Nebulas.

A good buy for long term investments are Utrust and Vechain. This two gems are going to perform well on the last quarter on this year and it would be a wasted opportunity to profit not hoarding while they are down.

Yep, difficult to say what will happen, there will come more fiat pairs, so btc could loose some importance

I think that NEO is a great coin for long-term investment. This is an excellent project that can become a real competitor for ETH. And now an excellent price to buy.
If you are looking for good profit in the future you must first look at the MarketCap and Total number of coins. A coin with large coin supply (billions) can't grow very much in the future, not even 1$.

long term investing usully earn in my opinion. in other words hodler is always earn. if you sell in dip you cry in the future.
Coins that are currently good for long-term investments are btc, bch, ethereum, ripple. The coins have been proven to have good quality, able to survive in the top 10 coins and the price continues to increase from year to year. If you invest the coins, in the long term, I am sure you will get a big profit.
I disagree with one of the coins you mentioned that is ripple, ripple is in rank 3 position in coinmarketcap, but what I see with this coin, the increase tends to be high but the drop is always fast 
For a long time you can invest in currencies that are below $ 10 if you plan to keep them for more than a year. if they are revalued by 10x you would have very good profits
