You are correct in that matter; it is true because only 4 or 6 digit numbers are chosen, and then you just wait for your luck if your numbers are all drawn in the raffle draw itself.

That's why the others don't; they take care of the numbers they always use in the lottery, believing it's their luck, and often the birthday combinations they use are those that are precious in their lives, either the date of their spouse, the birthday dates of their children, or their birthdays.
