At the moment, the low price of bitcoin is good for those people, or rather investors who believe in bitcoin, and the fact that its price will grow, but new investors will be afraid of low prices, and the fact that it can drop even more.

I think the low price of bitcoin is not good. Because billionaire can buy many bitcoins at lower price. And by that they can now control the price of bitcoin in the market.

You exactly point it out, low price of btc is beneficial to all new buyers because they can buy it in a very low price, unlike to those investors who bought it in high price, they need to hold and have long patience to recover loss soon.
Because we have gone through the all time high of $20k Bitcoin price, people who bought at high really has a need of what you call patience. It would be a total loss if they don't have that patience. So for now buying Bitcoin the best idea to recover from that previous loss.
