I had similar experiences ... a couple of times I wanted to withdraw money from the casino and they put me on hold, of course, I get tired of waiting and I spend the amount I wanted to withdraw or at least halve it! The player is the one who did the mistake but I can see there is a trigger come from the casino which is about the withdrawal issue that makes the withdrawal requests get rejected many times. I am not sure it is real issue or a fabricated issue to make player unable to withdraw so player will lose his patience then decide to play more. It is better if the casino fix the issue asap or lock the request till they fix the issue with an option for player to cancel the request.
