Yes, you are right. This thread looks a bit weird. It's hard to tell whether OP is complaining about the casino or shilling for it. Initially, he claimed he had won big but wasn't able to withdraw his funds as quickly as he would have liked, and then said he had lost everything. He could have communicated everything in their official topic, so a new topic wasn't really necessary.

It isn't normal actually. Even the biggest losers in the gambling world manage to acquire a small portion of their winnings despite losing the majority of it due to their own greed and stupidity. This is why it's tough to believe op in this case.
