I guess if this is a legit new site they will know what to do in other to build reputation on this forum and outside the forum, more also other users from this forum may have experience with the site but I hope it's legit and not just shilling and other observed.
Shilling advertisement won't work anymore, I have seen a lot of strategies like this before. I see that recently you opened up something like affiliate or something and now out of a sudden there's a jackpot winner. I think running a properly advertisement to attract players is much better than this pathetic strategy.

Isn't the withdrawal limit plus the fact that you're having technical issues already a red flag for the casino? Honestly, I'd just let it sit there for now and then try withdrawing within the next few weeks or so, but if issues still persist the money may just be lost already imo.
