You should have stopped placing bets and made a screenshot of your bets history at least, instead of placing new ones.
It seems like you're trying to recover your loss this way.

Look at this now. I have been told by the administrators that no one hacked into my account. However I never said someone hacked into my account it was just a roll that I didn't execute. I've messaged LuckyLuke1, GugaJuca and I've tried going through your support but I cannot get any help. I really don't understand how this happened. There was a trade *ROLL executed at 9:25am for my max amount of DOGE (Which is something I would never do because it's absolutely stupid), and I come back to see at 9:35am that everything is gone. I am asking for any help possible here. I did not execute that trade, and I don't know how to prove it... Can you please help me out here? I am begging at this point. I have been contacting support now for several hours and I'm just trying to get some help. Please.

It is a good suggestion, I have to agree that chat with too much spammers is kinda annoying. Another way could be something like a requirement to be able to chat. Maybe with a wagered amount requirement, I wouldn't be surprised if the spammers will stay as long as possible if there is no strict rules.
Spammers should not even eligible for any rains, so adding a new chat for players with low wagered amount with smaller rain amount would be a win-win solution for all players.

yeah i avoid chat 98% of the time. =I click on 10 profiles at random 9 our of 10 wager less then 20k sats at site

is there anyway that you can create two chats for example , the chat in luckygames isn't constructive at all

make a chat for people who wagered 1 or 2 BTC maybe , this chat should have less spammers

if you are really sure about this and got some proof which is i saw that it is solid proof. Then you might to post on scam accusation on them. 1k euro is not worth compare to the site that they build so long. They will lose everything after some red trust on them. Does not make any sense here if they suddenly accused you without any solid reason and they do not even reply on your responds as well.

This case should be a warning for all users! The hackers are very smart, they even create accounts on bitcointalk, trying to manipulate for unlocking/recovering the hacked accounts via bitcointalk.

Don't use weak passwords. Don't share your email address to anyone. Use 2FA for better security.

My problem is solved, lately the support was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much. I can understand the situation and i am sorry for the trouble i may caused. My trust in luckygames is back!

Probably, you didn’t know, that the username is updated at Intercom each time, when you login to different accounts, even if you use VPN to hide the identify.

Now I see that you used VPN service to hack lots of Luckygames users using different IPs.

As i said, i have over 1k eur on my account, i cant imagine that luckygames would scam users for that "low amount" but as u see, everything is possible

however, fact is, i did nothing wrong, i know their rules from day one, as i wanted to became a mod on there, my behavoir also was very nice bcaus i wanted to become a mod.

There is literally no reason i should do anything wrong and risk my "accounts-rep" and now out of nowhere  .. .

now i cant withdraw my money.

I was banned out of nowhere, and they are unfriendly to me, they also say i did something wrong which i never did.

There is no evidence/proof from their side, they just made some "extra delays" by holding me-in-line for 1 month.

This is interesting case, if you really did not do multi accounts but they accuses you that way so they need to prove it. Anyway, have you ever used this site by using free VPN? As it might be a reason why your account suspected to have other many accounts.
The answer from the support is not good as well, actually they should be more friendly to their users no matter they accuses the user as multi accounts user or not. I'll wait for Luckygames rep to clarify about this issue.

Yeah The Support team is just like baby,  they can't take any acrions neither they can give you instant solution. They only have a auto reply saved that Admin will reply you within 24-48 hours.

I like Luckygames,  but hate mod Aamir511.  He himself creates multiple accounts and trap indians. He muted my account for promoting ref links in multiple accounts which actually i didn't done so.

Just two things i would say to luckygames.io
1. Remove Mod Aamir511
2. Change support staff or give them some powers
