Have two diff eth withdrawals and waiting for hours for em. They need to up gas price. All they say is that you need to wait for a while. Please fix em asap!

Its been more than 24hrs and my ETH withdrawal has not been processed yet. I did try to contact support and all I got was it will be process shortly, so I went to chat and asked then got muted by their dumb Mod Mmansch or something and he said that I should keep withdrawing mutecoins. I seldom chat on this site and when i do to ask about my withdrawal i got muted. Admin you chose a good Frontliner of your site.Goodluck on that.
Did you use bad words when you asked about your withdrawal or you asked about it by spamming? If no, then the mod has no rights to mute you as it is your right to ask about your money. Mod should be more friendly, even if you did it with bad words then the mod should warn you first instead of mute you directly.
I think you should ask about it directly to the admin instead of in chat room as I believe Mod has no power to push your withdrawal.

If I may asked, why suddenly I can't access to your site? It is not something like cloud problem but always having some connection problem and sometimes times out problem. Usually I never face this kind of problems but lately this happend to me. There is only your site and another site that I can't access, do you mind find some solution to this problems? Since other site can't do much about it when I asked them last time

I just wanna thank luckygames for always processing my withdrawal instantly, total of couple thousand dollars only 1 time had an issue but quickly fixed. Will play here almost everyday if I have extra time.

What a roller coaster. In a moment of not withdrawing to withdrawing it was quick to get this website "untrustworthy" to "its alright" in span of just one withdraw 
I think it was just too much of a quick reaction. Maybe wait a bit more before deciding on a websites trustworthiness, some stuff happens.
I had that with another website where they had no money left in their hot wallet so I had to wait until they refill the hot wallet so that I can withdraw. Hell even the people who could do that was on vacation so I had to wait extra until they could reach him.So don't worry when stuff like this happens, just keep waiting on a bit.

but i think it should be .io or .cc instead of .co .Co is my companies (FreeBitcoins.com) redirect to the website <3
We designed the banners specifically for our user base at FreeBitcoins.com because some people are assholes and don't like clicking links... they'd rather type in what they see in the banner directly to the URL.
I thought about that before posting here, but if other affiliates are using the stock banners at .io and have a customer that prefers to type... they'd lose that affiliate regardless of the banner that they choose to use.
This banner we created appeals to the "general public" much better than the other banner we were using. No one knew what the magnet game was! So we replaced that with a game everyone knows, "roulette" and we added a Dollar figure because most people in the world understand $$$$$'s more than BTC's!
I've sent the images to p1ayer for him to be able to photoshop the .co into .io if he wants as well.

What is the reason why someone do not trust this site? I think they do not have any issue occur on their site right? Just because of the pending withdrawals does not made luckygames is a scam site. I believe they will do something to confirm your withdrawal, it is about the hot wallet or may be about their supporting. Every gambler has win and loss so you should consider this thing when you are gambling so if he losing does not mean luvkygames is scam
