Duelbits will also ask for your KYC in the withdrawal process. especially for those who make withdrawals in large enough amounts. many users will probably refuse KYC, and more often than not interrupt the withdrawal process. because the KYC verification process also takes time. and until that is done, most casinos will not process any withdrawals made.
but as long as we have proper documents, and are by the procedure, the process won't take too long either.
Not only when you withdraw large amount but also if you display any irregularities on your gambling activities like to often withdraw and deposit, abuse in bonus and other things that normal players won’t do frequently. The terms and conditions stated that they are allowed to ask KYC anytime without further explanation for the reason and this stated on the majority of the casino with license.

I’m a small gambler in Duelbits but still I undergo a KYC before since I participate on the promotion too much which result me to be excluded on joining it because I win too often.

We are still lucky that it’s not yet implemented on casino industry like Duelbits.

KYC was not a thing a long time ago but unfortunately, things have changed now though I guess small time users can still transact with smaller amounts. As long as they don't exceed on the limit given to them by the exchange, they won't be asked to do a KYC. I hope this rule can also be applied on the gambling sites.
But do you trust exchange with your funds? I don't think we should hand our funds to any exchange if we have in mind not trading but for KYC also being a small gambler don't ask for too much documents and you can easily verify yourself to withdraw the funds but for big withdrawal it's problem as level of KYC goes up.

Correct. Exchange and Gambling has same policy in regards with AML law. They have minimum threshold to require account to do KYC but due to the recent development. Even exchange already requires mandatory KYC to its user same with some casino. I think the era for a no KYC casino is close for being over since business is following regulators requirements and this is vital for a business to survive for both exchange and casino.

I think only few exchange has a no KYC requirements for small trader but the rest already requires it mandatory to all user like Binance. We are still lucky that it’s not yet implemented on casino industry like Duelbits.

Hello, I just want to confirm that KYC and my withdrawal have been processed an hour ago or rather 9 days after the submission
Yes even though it took longer but I understand maybe there is something to check depending on the quality of the identity we provide
That is why every user needs a different time to be processed between 1 day to 14 days, thanks Duelbits Wink

That's why I ask here bro, I'm tired of hearing the same answer every time I ask them but after someone told me here it took 2 weeks then I didn't ask anymore, I would come back after 2 weeks, that's a good idea right?  Actually the main problem is that my withdrawal was not processed before KYC was verified if my withdrawal was processed then I would not care when my KYC was approved  Cheesy After all I will continue to follow the process I know  Duelbits have a good reputation here.
Investigation takes time and it is different case by case. Like when you submit KYC and platform verifies your KYC, it can be done automatically by third party software or by manual verification. Manual verification usually takes more time to complete and it often takes longer time if you have to do advanced or due diligence KYC.

It also has to go to in depth investigation if a casino has some evidence that you break their rules. They will investigate deeply to make sure when they make decision, it would be correct.

That's quite long if the process will take 2 weeks and I do know your feeling about the period of the process. From what I've read and known before, it differs per user and there's no exact period of time for the process. So those that have been approved within less than a day probably the requests and compliance weren't that much. But despite that, you're in good hands just as you've said with Duelbits. Just keep us updated in here on how long it took.
Duelbits have good reputation when they handle user cases and even with disputes or appeals, if cases are solid, they don't reject to pay users for their win bets or proceed withdrawal for users.

Duelbits have their representative in the forum as well and that user should not feel fearful about lack of support from Duelbits. Wait patiently for the case result.

If I am not mistaken and I could be wrong, you didn't need to pass KYC on Binance to make use of it (years ago) but since then everything has changed. I know this topic has been discussed already a lot, but more and more casinos are requiring KYC so probably Duelbits is checking this daily.
Binance is a crypto exchange platform so it's only natural that they implement KYC requirements for their users because after all Binance doesn't want any money laundering actions to occur on their exchange platform which could involve the name of binance in such cases.
It's the same with crypto casinos that have KYC provisions for the sake of avoiding problems that can be burdensome and destroy their casino business.
Up to this point we must always be able to respond wisely regarding the existence of KYC requirements in the gambling industry.
Yes and duelbits will always check that because it is included in their interests and priorities for the casino business which they have been running for quite a long time.
It's a "crypto" exchange but cryptos are supposed to be free from those regulations so I wouldn't say that it's natural but what can we do? Nothing, as it's already becoming a thing and some people just accept this new change as long as they can still continue using their favorite exchange or gambling site. @babygun no you are not wrong.

As long as they don't exceed on the limit given to them by the exchange, they won't be asked to do a KYC. I hope this rule can also be applied on the gambling sites.

could be processed by a third party

probably contacting the support everyday won't help that much with that matter since it'll just add unnecessary stress on the team
unless it's really urgent matter

Afaik their security team processing the KYC the last time I verify my account. It usually just take 2 days and I can vouch that asking the support to make it faster will not gonna work because they will just said the standard answer to wait for the verification team to process the KYC.

I believe they will need atleast 2 working days to process KYC and that kind of waiting time is not that big deal because I experienced much longer waiting time on other casino KYC verification. Duelbits KYC verification is still faster than the typical casino.
The first time I KYC at Duelbits it only took one day to verify, it was very fast for me, and it's been a long time.
It is possible that at this time the Duelbits verification team has a lot to review, so maybe those who send KYC verification will have to be a little patient to wait for everything to be completed.
I think it's only a matter of time, because Duelbits is one of the fastest acting platforms on all issues.
In contrast to other casinos that don't have a good reputation, they will only stall for time and say be patient and patient without being resolved.

Probably you’re right. They already level up their promotion on both social media and the forum. Looking at there twitter promo and giveaway response only means that Duelbits has a lot of active players now compared before because I only saw that number comment and retweet during major giveaway like Christmas and Thanksgiving but now even regular promo and random airdrop has a lot of participants that is a good sign that Duelbits has a huge player now.

We have to be patient waiting for KYC verification from the team, now Duelbits members are increasing so the KYC verification process may take some time, I think at least we wait 3 days after submitting KYC, and if we haven't verified KYC then we can contact the team to review our account. But it's better for you to wait because everything is checked based on the queue for KYC submissions from the many members who do KYC verification.

There's no need to be upset
could be a good idea to contact their support

Of course, even almost every day I contact the support team they always say the same thing, I suspect KYC is processed by a third party
The support team can not do anything other than waiting for information from related parties.

@BitcoinHunt3r, maybe you need to follow up on that matter. I have no idea how long the KYC process will take because I believe it depends on the user and the country they are gambling from.

I got information from several users there are 1 day, 3 days and 2 weeks what is clear is  I will wait for the longest one before contacting them again
I will continue to update here whatever I get at least up to 2 weeks  Cool

I think 48 hours is more like "if all goes according to plan" situation, and even in that it takes 24+ hours for sure, and less than 48 hours, there aren't that many cases you get it back in a few hours, that just doesn't happen.

However, if things do not go according to the plan, then we are talking about a situation where it can easily take longer than 48 hours, and until what is wrong gets figured out, it could take as long as a week. I am not against these, I had it happen to me before and I was fine about it for two reasons. First of all duelbits is a trusted and well liked place, secondly I did not do anything wrong so I had nothing to worry about. Combine those two, and you know there is no problems.

I know it can take longer than 48 hours for various reasons but not a lot of people are patient nowadays and we all want to have things instantly. Especially, if you are awaiting money and your KYC keeps lingering, than you can get impatient.

Not that I'm against with but yeah you are correct, there are impatience people who will push their way to fasten the process, but like what the post above you said.

If you know that you don't do anything wrong and you trust the site that you are playing, then there's nothing to
worry, you can always ask the support and ask for some assistance or update regarding to your submitted documents.

Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!

In my case, my account has not undergone KYC yet, so I cannot relate much, but I will follow this concern as who knows, in the future, I might also be required to undergo KYC.

I got a little problem here, my account is required through KYC and I have completed it but unfortunately 5 days since the submission of KYC has not been updated from the team, so I just want to know how long KYC will be processed? Maybe someone experienced it first and gave me information. I just woke up here after seeing the duelbits offering a new promotion but unfortunately there was a little problem.

did you open a ticket?
I'm not fully sure but seems like 5 days would be more than enough to complete verification
could be a good idea to contact their support
Now the answer could be given by support only and yes if it's taking that long you need to contact the support to ask if there's any problem or any additional documents are required. They have time for say 48 hours and can be stretched a little above but not a whole week approximately. So live support will help in the case.

In the experience of duckdice in the past few days, a total of 3 deposits are very smooth without mistakes. Generally, it will arrive in 1 minute! But when withdrawing money, it may be a long wait, maybe a few hours, a few days, or a few weeks. It is said that who will take a few weeks to withdraw money? The first time I asked the customer service to reply to the question, and the second time I asked the customer service, I would not reply to you at all. No matter what the situation is, I really can't convince anyone. I feel that duckdice was already going downhill when he didn't climb up
And how is the duckdice issue connected to Duelbits? This is a Duelbits thread. If you have any complaints to do with another casino then I suggest to write them on the respective thread.

This is a duck dice thread  ✅ DuckDice.io 🎲 Rakeback 🎲 Races 🎲 Faucet 🎲 Deposit Bonus 🎲 Jackpot 🎲

And from the look of things, it seems not everything you are saying here is honest
