In additional:

Just stop to gamble.

Find something doing instead of gambling. Once you are doing another things, you will not want to gamble. Do not be idle.

If those are not helping, read about the bad news of people that are gambling addicts. You will not like their ending and this can make you change.

If you do not change, you need to go for rehabilitation and medical help.

How can one control the uncontrollable urge to keep gambling despite the toll it takes on once life.

It's getting worse every day. I'm extremely depressed I have thoughts of unaliving myself more often, some times I feel the betting companies manipulate people spiritually to get them addicted where be playing without plans and strategy. Once a bet place get cut, there is this uncomfortable urge to quickly book another one with the plans of recovering the first money lost but it will end up cutting again.

The most common man will have a desire to play the game of gambling in once in life,it’s like the drinking desire of the common person. If they get satisfied with the game,it was easy to understand the importance of the game. When the dollars in the gambling site was started to reduce in the wallet, the gamblers should not get panic of losing the everything. The gambling should be trusted in a right way, because the gambling will give another chance to the gamblers to recover the loss.Only if the gamblers were tried to recover their loss by using the performance. The gambling site never make the people to get addicted,it was mistake made by gamblers in real.

it is what we have in mind that really motivate us to venture into gambling ordinary we cannot take gambling serious because we really know the implications but due to greediness and the Conscience of making money that is why we don't like to forbid gambling instead we continue to gamble in order to make more money, most of the reasons why people get addicted in gambling it's not that they don't have money but due to what they have spent in gambling they want to recover all with the immediately and with such reason they get addicted fully in gambling

Get help. If you are felling depressed and you are not getting fun out of gambling because it has turned into something negative in your life, then self-exclude yourself from some months and talk about your problem with someone you can trust such personal information.
You are not supposed to seek to recover money you already lost to the casino and use money which is not supposed to be gambled in the first place.
Research about help centers or numbers you can call to get in contact with groups who deal with problem gambling. Search help in your local spiritual community or talk to your family.
If you can afford to see a mental health professional then do not hesitate to do it, those are the kinds of problems which are not supposed to be ignored for long time, but rather to be tackled as soon as you can.

I sincerely wish you luck and strength.

I hunk we have an extreme case of gambling addiction here.

It’s not an else thing to get rid of but if you can keep a healthy lifestyle you’ll surely be abl to contro yourself and subsequently stop it totally…
-> the first thing I’ll advice you to do is to try to stay away from your gambling accounts or perhaps start by reducing the time you spend in your gambling account, it will help you become conscious of your gambling activities and you won’t be fully engulfed in it.

-> another thing is to look for a group where you can talk to people, just look for one around your area so that you can just talk about your gambling habits and try to comfort yourself in their presence – not only will it help you think of more productive activities it will also help you take off your mind from gambling.

-> look for a hubby, this one has helped me in some other addiction I had it works wonder, it remove your mind from gambling. And also try not to stay in a secluded area, like the popular saying goes ”an idle mind is the devil’s playground” just make sure you occupy yourself with one activity or another – it could be reading of books.

-> Seek the help of a professional: I’m not a professional, so everything I’ve written are based on what I might have read or heard someone say about how they got rid of it but only a professional would know how to tackle your case and resolve it properly – so do well to locate one and let them conduct therapy for you.

The OP should think of other activities that he think can motivate him to alter his lifestyle.
It is not too late to change, now that he recognized he has a gambling disorder.
When you are about to place another bet after a loss, think of something you believe will be in jeopardy like -
 - bills to pay, food for the table, kids/spouse relying on you and other important facets in your life.
This is not the way to resolve your situation. There are better ways to look at your life and be worthwhile to your loved ones.

Since you have been faced with this situation, and you already know the impact it has made on your general well being, I think it do better to continue with a self deciding well informed decision to quite gambling by all means and also by so doing, you will have to separate yourself from allot things and people that may likely push you to slide back into your worst state of present conditions.
But I have faith that you will eventually get out of all of this and becoming a stronger person, since you are still aware of the impact of gambling addiction on your life and making deliberate attempt to get out of it on the long run.

Don’t gamble at an amount that you can’t afford to lose. Set your own betting budget, when it’s all used up, then leave the casino house immediately. There’s always that uncontrollable urge but if you let that urge control and manipulate you, you will only end up having a financial mess so it’s better to get rid of that or control that as much as possible.

Gambling is certainly a good source of fun and pleasure, but it only gets bad when you let yourself fall into it and worst fall into its addiction.

If you are like this and gambling is making money from you so much in a way it can not help your financial life, you just need to stop gambling. If you are able to stop gambling for a year, you are having control over your addiction already.

But before you make that decision, you can make 1 to 5% of your weekly income to be for gambling and it should not be more than that. Do not touch the remaining 95 to 99%. If you can do this successfully, no need to quit. But if you are unable and still spending more than your weekly gambling budget, then quit gambling for a long time like a year.

it's simple....but without self determination, it's the hardest decisions to make.... everything lies in your mind and how disciplined you may become.. embark on a daily record-taking routine - which would mostly be about 'how much lose over how much gain' you've made already.. try as much as possible to SEE THAT THE ONLY INTEREST IN GAMBLING IS HURDLING THROUGH LOSES, EMOTIONAL INSTABILITIES,DAMAGES..ETC . just for some nugatory wins that might never come...yes, it is totally pointless!!

There are no spiritual connections.... How do you even think anyone can bewitch you through some gaming sites?
