The great city of God 🔥
Losing 1 week streak is enough to call it a quit and rest for a while. Gambling is not a source of income where your investment has something to get in return after a whole lot of time spent. As far as gambling is concerned it should be done with a lesser amount in sats where the loses will not affect the gambler. It is always stated that gamble what you can afford to lose. A wise gambler gamble and check his wining and losing proportion, when the losing proportion is high he reduces and maintain or stop for the moment and begin again. Check yourself if you are not getting addicted.

I've been into sports betting for quite a while, but times like these are pretty tough. Even though I've experienced this before, it still keeps coming back like feeling a bit emotional, losing focus, and sometimes gambling more than I should. Anyway, have you had the same experience? How do you convince yourself to move on and still enjoy gambling?

It's good that you are already aware of the situation. I think you are about to open a dangerous door if you continue that way. Try to take a break from betting to clear your mind (if you can still handle it), or discuss this with a counselor. Maybe you are just stressed at work or in life, and you focus your energy on gambling as an escape. I hope you can move forward and continue enjoying betting responsibly once you come back after your break (or you can even stop playing if you don't enjoy it anymore)

What any experienced gambler will do at the point of continuous loses is to take a break, focus on other things that makes meaning to them. Despite that gambling can be fun and something that we shouldn't engage in to make steady income, nobody likes to be on a losing streak. It can make you sad and the feelings can distract you from being productive in your work and your relationship with others. At this point to continue gambling is not advisable because the loses can continue. We should remember that there's no guarantee for winnings in gambling so take a break for as long as you want them come back more refreshed to try your luck again.
Gambling can never be a means of permanent income, an uncertain and risky game like gambling will most of the time only lead to losses and disasters for gamblers, and this has a very negative impact on gamblers and gamblers are more likely to sink into gambling addiction. Therefore, a gambler should never gamble excessively, he should take a break and control his emotions. Gamblers should understand that the results of gambling always involve uncertainty and risk, gambling is likely to give negative results most of the time, so know your limits, to stay away from the negative effects of gambling and its addiction, you must keep yourself under control, and have certain limits on gambling, and have the tendency to exit/stop gambling at a certain time.

That's right and when you undergo such a pretty tough experience while gambling it's advice you put a stop to it or give a break for awhile cause such consistent gambling often leads to countless losses experience that you won't enjoy and to be rest assured and not have a great deal of loss this is why it's said to have a specified amount to gamble with is more preferable.

Buddy if I should be sincere with you, I will say is time for you to give a break, it doesn't mean that you will not continue later, for you to share this with us here it simply mean that you're bothered, with the little I know, once an individual shares what is bothering him or her such person becomes a bit relieved considering people's comments on what he shared, though in this case you've started going extreme and you've to check your gambling habit, because at any stage a gambler notice that he or she now gooes more often than before even with continues losing then there's danger ahead that needed to be checked in other to be safe from what extreme gambling begets.
Mate at this point you have to retrace your step very quick if you've not already, in gqmbling just know that losing is normal but chasing of loss is very abnormal, how do you move on when you already know that all is not well, just work on your self, this is the time for you to apply self discipline, take those losing as part of the system, stay off for some time even though you'll be coming back later, make sure you're in control of your gambling activity and know when to say no and continue when it's necessary, this is my humble take on the situation at hand, I hope it serves you well buddy.

You are losing focus because you are getting frustrated and getting emotional. There is only one thing to do when you are losing focus like this: regroup. You need to retract and take a step back from gambling. Nothing good or productive will come out if you keep going.

Losing is inevitable when it comes to gambling. It is always expected. But when you are losing consecutively, you need to remind yourself why you are gambling. If it is only for fun and you are no longer having fun then you need to consider stopping for a while. It doesn't have to be a long break but just enough that you can miss gambling again and you are reminded of how fun gambling is.

We can losing focus and feeling emotional in gambling and that is because of we lose our money without we can wins. That is our problem and we must solve it before we make our day becomes bad and we may forget to control our funds and lose all of the money in gambling. I am trying to say and convince myself to move on from my losses because that is the risk that I will get from gambling. I only need to enjoy gambling as an entertainment and no need to have hard feeling when I am loss.

All gamblers probably go through those feelings as a casino player, however, of course as long as we can enjoy playing gambling, because if we don't do
it for sure in the end we will just be stressed dude.

We've seen a lot of people who didn't enjoy their gambling because in the end most of the time they've regretted what they did, and that shouldn't be the ending of
our gambling here in crypto gambling.

It’s just probably because you’re taking gambling more seriously than you should and you probably seeing it more like a game of making money instead of gambling for fun and making it count. When you gamble with more than you can afford to lose or when you gamble with money intended for other things it’s easier to get emotional and losing focus when you’re losing money.

Gambling comes with ups and downs, and losing streaks are inevitable. When faced with consecutive losses, it's crucial to stay focused and disciplined. Recognize that losses won't last forever, and avoid chasing them, as this can lead to even greater financial losses. Know when to stop and exercise self-control to minimize damage.

I think every gambler has been on a losing streak at one point in time or another.
in casino games it is easier to get on a losing streak but not as much in sports betting even when there are things i get wrong during a match i usually end up with one or two correct predictions by the end of it since i thoroughly study the previous matches and the teams that will be playing to assess their way of playing and how they would seem to fare against their opponent
Quote
If you do want to win though, try betting on the winners instead of the losers.
of course but i actually think it depends on who is who going against one another even if one team loses you need to see how strong their opponent was and see if it is just because of how strong the other team was or was it really a skill issue for the losing team

Early of last season was time when I experienced quite lot of defeats with the poor performance of various favorite team, they experienced defeats that were really very disappointing in many match and made gamblers including me experience series of consecutive loss.
Just that I realized that the biggest mistake was taking the favorite to win the match and after that taking the safer betting option and then there was series of win that could make me confident again until I got some profit as return on the previous defeats that had occurred lot even though the amount was not comparable.
Moreover, everyone when they suffer defeat will be able to think and really find way to get out of that condition and be able to bet better again with greater chance of winning.

It is inevitable for any gambler. No matter how successful you are, you will eventually have a losing streak. It could last for a week or even a month, why not? It is just a random event, or rather, a series of random events. It is funny that OP asks how to continue to enjoy the game. I would say this: decide what you need gambling for and do not deceive yourself. Most likely, you do not need gambling for "pleasure", but for winning. This means that you get pleasure from winning and only from winning, and not from the game itself. But you can not always win. If you loved the game itself, then you would have a strict limited budget for 1 day, for a week and for a month.

One week.is nothing.  Ive had weeks lomg amd even months lomg losing streaks before.  Its called bad luck.  But theres also times when you feel like you cant lose.  In the emd if you are having fun and its money you can afford to lose than you are good.  One of my key rules is dont chase loses.  Meaning if you lose $100 dont just bet $100 on the next game because you want that money back.

Thanks, man, I appreciate your advice. Looks like your experience is on another level, haha.

This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a gambler, but Anyway, I’m taking a break now since I have a trip planned with my family, and I don’t want gambling to mess up our vacation.

Losing streaks be so funny at times. Almost like you are trying a set a new record for how much you can lose the shortest time without even thinking about it.

There are so many things that true friends can prevent and that is seeing their friend losing and still allowing them continue. That can't happen. They'll stop it forcefully and you'd stop. That is the how friendship works.

I may not be a high risk gambler. So, when I lose continuously and start to get dizzy with all the losses, and it makes me frustrated, I will not be able to focus to continue anymore. It is better to stop first. Stop for a few days to enjoy life in real life. Luckily I am not an addicted gambler type, so a few days to not bet is quite easy for me. And this must be strengthened because if not, then going to be addicted will be very easy to happen.

In my opinion, the best thing to do at times like that is:
- take a break for a while, until your emotion and mentality are surely much better
- Analyze your losses, why they happen
- Manage your money and risk to minimize consecutive losses
- Evaluate what bets you make, if you can't, leave and switch to another bet
- Don't bet too big.

This is also some that I read from this

You can't be happy when you are on a losing streak and it's normal for you to be emotional while you lose but you shouldn't take it personal because it might make you lose more than you can afford. As you gamble you should not expect to win all the time because sometimes you win and most times you don't. When you know you are in a losing streak you need to set a budget and risk with what you can lose, by doing this you will not feel bad when you lose.

How do I encourage myself to move on and still continue gambling after a whole full week of gambling without winning? I don't, for the time being. The first thing I do out of the anger of losing much and to reduce how much I lose further is to uninstall my popular sports betting app I use to place my bets.

After some time, when I know I can still spare some more money for gambling, only then can I continue. I can only watch a few games on sports, but I will restrict myself from placing a bet; it's not a must, so I don't have to convince myself to place a bet.

Maybe you need to take a break from gambling. Go somewhere and clear off your head. Spend more time doing those things that makes you happy until you're ready for a comeback.

I've suffered some loses but I've never being in the situation you described above. I guess it's because I don't see gambling as something that can bring me a great fortune. So when I'm losing, I don't get worked up because I don't really put my mind in it and I usually play with what I can afford to lose.
