Yeah! I hate ShroomsKit!
The Cointropolis is gone and is nowhere to be seen recently.

Was not QBTC in their team? She is still active in nxtforum.

The Cointropolis is gone and is nowhere to be seen recently. As for GoCoin, they posted on twitter they were integrating NXT, but looks like they don't consider this a priority and has other business to do. Guess they can be written off as a failed annoucement at this point. Fortunately, there are other interesting developments in NXT.

When should Nxt community expect a Status Report for NXT integration on GoCoin payment processing platform and where are the Cointropolis crew and what is the combined marketing plan with regards to GoCoin and Nxt?

I have completed the Nxt section for the book I am writing:

You might want to sell your book on NXT Marketplace when it's completed.

Yes that's a great idea Cheesy

You should update the logos and the websites  Wink

does anybody got the trading thread link?

I would like to sell 25800 NXT

You could buy the mgwBTC asset with it, and then use the mgw to withdraw it to your bitcoin wallet. Easy peasy.

What is the safest, lightweight NXT wallet out there?

I assume by "lightweight" you mean one that doesn't need to d/l the block chain.

The only option currently is a web wallet. There are two "traditional" available (both are open source and do all signing locally):

https://wallet.mynxt.info/

https://nxtblocks.info/#wallet

Both work well and are by trusted NXT community members. However, neither current supports the asset exchange.

So, the third option is trade.secureae.com which is NXT wallet with the Asset Exchange from and center. Of course you can still just "send NXT" with it as well.  If you currently have a NXT account you can sign in with your current password. What is does is combine Username & Password. So, what I do is just use the first 3 characters of my pass phrase as my username. Works Very well. They also have a Bitcoin gateway so you can "Deposit BTC" directly. Basically, they buy NXT and send it to your account.

Enjoy.

What is the safest, lightweight NXT wallet out there?

This was released 2 days ago which is a mobile interface for their web wallet:
https://nxtforum.org/mynxt-info/mynxt-info-mobile-apps-%28android-iphone-maybe-windows-phone%29/
One more web wallet: https://nxtblocks.info/#wallet

As for what is the safest - you decide for yourself Smiley

I can't use either of those unfortunately.

A newly released wallet isn't safe enough for me unless it's from someone very respected. And I don't use web wallets for security reasons.

I understand. NXT is still very young, the apps are young too, as well as developers' track record. Web wallets actually work the same way as blockchain.info bitcoin wallet. Meaning, it doesn't store any private keys on the server, at least that's the idea I got about those, you may need to research or ask in that thread for details.

I guess your only option is to use the 'official' Wesleyh client then, the blockchain isn't large, only 0.5 Gb or so.
