That's not the main reason, the main reason is that is their job to make the odds fair for both teams, so they can attract gamblers to bet on both side so they'll be ensured with their commission. They are just the facilitators here, they like equal action in every game or fight.

Maybe Mayweather will bet. But put it into your mind that there is no such thing as sure win.

Thurman is the favorite because he is undefeated, can box and have good power. Thurman is also younger but the odds is a bit close due to his inactivity. Pacman is past his prime and if Buboy will decide on everything as the head coach I won't be surprised Pacman goes to sleep again. Buboy is nothing special. He's only up for the money.

Indeed thats why this fight is an event to look forward.

We cant deny that Manny is a legend already, and he prove to us that despite of his age he can still fight younger boxers confidently.

But since Thurman is undefeated this is another challenge for pacquiao that we should not missed.

I've looked at his social media accounts but it doesn't show any hint on where his bet is going. He knows it well because this is his expertise and industry but knowing him as a promoter, we've known him that he promoted a scam project before.

@mirakal it should be noted that both sides whether they have losses on Pacquiao or Thurman they still have picked Manny Pacquiao to win the fight so you cannot really say that they are bias with their comments about the fight. Plus everyone who picked Pacman said one thing in common and that's “he still got that speed” which I don't think Thurman would like to seen in the ring. One thing they also forgot to include is that Pacman has unbelievable stamina at age 41 he still can last 12 rounds in the ring without showing signs of fatigue.

@theb, That is pretty fine. During that very good old days of Pacman's career he was always been the underdog. Being an underdog can make Pacman more dangerous as he will always try to prove something.
