its still early to predict, but with the price of bitcoin like this it seems that the bullish will start at the end of the month.
It's March 7th and it is still bearish. I guess this month will continue like that until summer. Maybe summer time bitcoin can start rising as last year trends.
You can't predict the future price of Bitcoin by just looking at the last year's bitcoin chart. It ain't accurate enough to predict that bullish market will be starting this month. Let's just wait and see what are the upcoming price swings and future news about bitcoin, and by that I'm pretty sure we can predict the price of bitcoin by 50% but not that specific enough.
If the Bitcoin price stays on 10000 dollars and passes 11000 dollars, the 15000 dollars may be in sight in this month.
I think quite a number of factors are responsible for whether bitcoin prices could go bearish or bullish. If the whales stop vomiting more bitcoins and the media stop going negative then we can see some positive climb in the bitcoin price.
I find it hard to believe that Bitcoin doesn't start another bull run soon. It may not happens at the beginning but by the time March is over a bull run will happen. I'd be VERY surprised if at the end of March we're below $14k.

I guess that this bearish trend since mid January should be finally over and the new slow bullish trend will come. Similar to the situation in May 2017 when BTC price was 1500 USD and then the price went slowly up to 7000 USD in the beginning of November. We can see many new people coming to crypto every day. The volumes on major exchanges are quite good these days and with the Lightning Network coming this year I'm very positive about BTC development in 2018.
