If that is in your mindset, I'm sorry to tell you this, you are not suitable to be here on crypto trading business, no offense dude.
it is because once you become a trader you supposed to be aware on what's happening in the market. If all coins or altcoins/bitcoin are unstable that's normal, due to all of them are volatile. That's the reason why we have buyers and sellers, if you see there is a motion happening whether it is buying or selling that's the signal or sign for the traders to take action in the exchange platform.

I think this market is always unstable!
you sad because of it went down too hard this year.
I did not sell my coin yet but my money is all way in now

It looks quite stable now, compared with earlier this year. Most coins have a well established minimum now. I would say now is the time to buy more for dollar cost averaging purposes, or just hold.
