There is not universal answer for your question. However, if you hold some tokens and you see that demand for them is high right now, you better sell them.

Keeping and trading is the only option in unstable market. Most of people, who chose holding, loosing money and I am sure that you do not want to be one of them.

Its true that market is unstable for almost 7 -8 months now, but this not stop me to believe in the potential of cryptocurrency . I make this an opportunity to buy altcoins in their dip and hold it. Im waiting for the time when market are green and alive again, that time I will sell all my holdings .

Its true that the market is still unstable , although we see some movement some value of altcoins. But I can take it as a good opportunity to buy and hodl more tokens , buying at dip and selling the time cryptoworld recover is the plan I made to avoid loss and gain more profit.
