Before I started here in cryptocurrency industry, I already know that this will be unstable so I'm well prepared but for me the move right now is to hold because selling is not applicable since most of the coin prices are low.
Market alltime was and will be unstable. You should to clean up your head and make the right decisions in moments, when all aren't so bad. Just seek the moment and try to catch.
What is the stable market? Is it dead market? Any market has volatility and price waves. Without it we don't have market. That's why if market unstable then traders has more profit (with smart strategy 
). For me 'market' and 'unstable' are synonyms

For sure a lot of people right now are undecided of what they do because market is unstable most of them think if they going to sell their bitcoin, keep their bitcoin or buy more bitcoin. You need to do research to answer your question and remember the final decision is yours because that is your coin.

My strategy on many of the coin is to increase the amount of coin I am holding through trading downward and buying the dip. The opportunity to increase coin is there for those that will study the market and take advantage of these opportunities as they unfold!

The cryptocurrency market is very unstable because it is subject to strong manipulations from the major players. I think that the market will not be stable soon
Isn't it a feature of an active market. It is always unstable. So don't mind & of course buy as you can. definitely you'll be able sell for higher value.. It will increase soon.
I think it will take us at least 8 years to see the new price increase as the market is in a difficult period and it will be difficult to recover. the cryptomarket will be unstable due to volatility of market situation. It's better to do a diligent research before investing as we can see many undervalued coins that pretty sure a good time to invest. The risk is higher as we are still in a bearish situation but if you will have patience to hold your investments until the market recovery then it's a good strategy.
The market is never stable, while we are now expecting the future, if expectations for the future should be patient waiting, the price of 2019 will be ok, 2018 this is only bad years. bad of altcoin.
