For me who bought mastercoins at average 0.25 (first 5 at 0.419 and then 15 at 0.21) it does not feel good that thousands of coins is being dumped at 0.17.
Honestly this is a good thing- as long as mastercoin is not a total failure, then diluting JR's holdings is only a good thing in the long run. Someone mentioned that he is trying to take his initial ~1,500BTC investment back out. While I'm not 100% comfortable with that, the 145K mastercoin he still has left will be more then enough to give him ample incentive to keep working. :-)
Personally though- I'd be happier with MSC being sold for BTC to pay full time developers.
But as long as a hodge-podge team of come as you want folks operate in a loosely coupled group - Mastercoin will drift into oblivion.
Look how awesome NXT's skin is. They have a killer tight professional website and cover and forum and white paper and operation and team and others. Why didn't Ron put all that stuff in place in the last 3 months? Ron is travelling from Tel Aviv to Las Vegas, Miami speaking at conferences. What the hell does that do? Speaking at conferences is nothing if the team isn't making organized progress. Ron is having the time of his life travelling around the world on MSC's dime. But the project is drifting badly while others clearly are putting together very tight organized packages. WTF?
