Dear Sir,

thank you for your message.

I would like to inform you that in an effort to give a comprehensive answer to your mail I redirected your message to an authorised department.

Thus, I would like to inform that the time respond to your query can be extended.

I am sorry for inconvenience.

Just because you found somebody dumb enough to send you an absolutely non-relevant answer doesnt mean its a good idea.
I can only repeat, contact your seller, he is the only relevant person for you.

Just noticed now that this email from mbank was a reply to another email I sent to some people @bdb.de (http://bankenverband.de) and bcc to [email protected]

I don't think it's a coincidence at all Grin

And now apparently they are allowing transfers to other accounts? Another coincidence?  Grin

If more people were sending emails to the right places (I still want to send all this to polish sensationalist media) instead of bitching in forums things would move much faster.

Just my 2 cents...

The only alternative is to ask by phone to transfer money to another polish bank account.

If they gave you that alternative take it right now! Send the money to a BZ card!

That would be great news.

Is this confirmed?  Tried and tested?  If it works I would buy a BZ card (to be scammed again -lol)

After 1 week, and after being requested to send proof of ID by email, I was told I must go to the bank in Poland.
The only alternative is to ask by phone to transfer money to another polish bank account.

These guys are fraudsters ... Clearly the whole cheap prepaid VISA card scheme was designed for this from the beginning.

I wonder why they asked for my scanned ID only to have it refused after that.

Can anyone tell if they already manage to get an account unlock by going to poland?
I don't want to take a 1000km drive only to be turned back without my money.

mbank sucks. i had a card to my name and bank account and it was held in an atm on an ordinary cash withdrawal attempt. if they can not issue cards to customers with accounts i would not dare any other cards. also they returned an incoming sepa transfer but credited my account and it took them 3 months to "investigate". good luck to you all to get things corrected/resolved.

I wish I had known stuff like this before!

That reply is better than: Bla bla bla you must come to Poland!

Many people (like me) doesn't know/remember who the seller was. I bought in allegro using disposable info.

I did it, and he's M.I.A.
I knew that banksters are lowlife, but plainly stealing like this got me by surprise.
Is this crap supposedly legal?

You can aswell forward it to Multibank, BREBank, Commdirect etc. it wont do any good.
The person who sold you the card has the proper contacts and he is the one who can change anything and speed up proceedings.
